“Location, clean, well equipped. Excellent location to visit Barcelona. Very close (2 minute walk) to the Sant Pau metro station which makes it easy to go to various locations while avoiding the general business of the touristic part of the town. Local shops nearby include groceries, cafes and restaurants. The apartment (we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms) was recently renovated and nicely decorated (bright colours which bring a nice touch). The pictures from the owner reflect the condition of the apartment. The amenities were very nice, Occitane shampoo and shower gel as well as strawberry scented oils in the bathrooms. The kitchen were well equipped for a rental apartment. A small cleaning kit (garbage bag, sponge, soap, dish clothe) was provided in a sealed bag under the sink. Everything was VERY CLEAN which is always appreciated. A small instruction booklet (English and Spanish) is provided on how to operate the microwave, dishwasher and washing machine: Nice touch. There is a self checkin machine which worked but could be slightly improved. I needed to call them upon checkin and was able to get remote support right away (at 22:00). Parking is available underneath the apartment for 20€ a night (you can then take the elevator straight up to the apartment (very convenient for loading/unloading)). We had one problem with one of the showers, the temperature was set to scolding hot and the knob would not turn to adjust the temperature, rendering that shower unusable. The cleaning person had a look but could not fix it; they needed to call a technician (plumber?). This could not be done during our stay (we notified them with 36 hours left); understandable but it would have been nice to be able to use the 2 showers (there was 4 of us). Would overall recommend this apartment if visiting Barcelona.”
