No se puede pedir más de este apartahotel. Está situado en pleno centro de las Ramblas, al lado del Barrio Gótico. Es muy bonito y tranquilo. El servicio ha sido muy bueno y la limpieza exquisita. Me he sentido como una duquesa.

We spent 3 nights end of January here, and I definitely recommend this place. Staff is helpful and nice, location is perfect, the parking is secure, the room is very clean .... I honestly recommend you this place for a stay in the heart of Barcelona. And special thanks to the receptionist Mario for his kindness and professionalism ! I will definitely come back to this hotel for my next visit to Barcelona.

Cheerful welcome, easy check in process and very helpful staff at the reception. We stayed 5 days and really enjoyed the stay in the city center. The rooms are clean and maintained quite decently. A couple of issues we had were attended very promptly. The check out was seamless as well. Great proximity to different metro lines connecting important sites in the city and amidst a huge shopping center and eateries. A definite choice for our next visit.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!FOR A ONE WEEK STAY DURING CORONA, THEY CLEAN YOUR ROOM 1 TIME ONLY.This is our third hotel during our stay in Spain and this is the only place that doesn’t do daily cleaning.If you want to get fresh towels, you need to get it yourself at reception.Bathroom is old and not very clean as well.SERVICE IS ALSO NOT FRIENDLY.Do NOT book this hotel.ABSOLUTELY DISMAYED WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!

We are here for two weeks. We love 💗 our stay. Much better than Airbnb’s. Very Clean. Friendly. Coffee available 24/7. They clean our room once a week which is fantastic - I never liked someone coming in my room every day - I love the new policies with hotels.

Great location, enough kitchen stuff to be self sufficient, check in smooth and friendly staff. Needs some renovation/deep cleaning in the rooms. Reserved a king sized bed months in advance and received 2 twins shoved together. For the amount spent would have expected better

Hotel was in a great location. This is an apartment hotel so there needs to be expectations that there will be no daily cleaning services. However it comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Nonetheless I reduced one star as the hotel is a little bit dated and some of the facilities in the room is due for a refresh. It can be difficult to locate the hotel if you are looking for a large sign as the check in is on the first floor within a small passage way. I guess being in old Town there isnt much can be done with the layout

We stayed in Citadines for a week . Great location with all busesmetros and connections close by . Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly.

We spent a week in the Citadines. This is only because we had to pay the entire amount on arrival. Otherwise I would have left the next day. The room did not fulfill the minimum cleanliness that is to be expected. It was cleaned once a week, but it was not a matter of cleaning. The room was sticky and dirty, the windows hadn't been cleaned in a while. We couldn't use the kitchen because it wasn't clean enough. We claimed twice, got than a little cleaning- but for me it was more a smear. In Corona times for me a no go!

No existe mejor ubicación para visitar el centro de Barcelona. Escondido hotel e. Un callejón de la misma Rambla de las flores, callejón con tiendas y restaurantes, no es un típico callejón por el que no quieras pasar, todo lo contrario. Hotel con toque sofisticado y a la ve con buen precio y servicios para estar en la zona que está. Sus instalaciones, pesé a no apercebirse a la primera, son muy muy grandes y espaciosas, acomodadas de una decoración moderna y sofisticada. Nada más salir del hotel te plantas casi en la puerta del mercado de la boqueria y en la plaza Cataluña, dos sitios que tienes que visitar su o si si no eres de la ciudad. A un paseíto del puerto y en medio de dos se los barrios más auténticos de la ciudad, donde podrás pasear y comprar absolutamente de todo lo que te pase por la cabeza. Servicio exquisito. Muy muy recomendable por muchas cosas. Opción óptima.

Muy malo, las fotos son malas guías. Nos prometieron habitación amplia y con cama doble, en cambio; recibimos una habitación pequeña y pobremente cuidada que nos pareció un robo absoluto por lo que pagamos, no podíamos esperar un hotel extremadamente bueno, pero definitivamente algo mejor. El hotel no nos proporcionó con una cama amplia como en las fotos, pero con dos incomodame pequeñas donde nisiquiera puede dormir una persona sin tener que preocuparse sobre caerse a la mitad de la noche. En la misma resepcion nos ofrecieron la habitación más grande del piso quinto, pero hay más espacio en la cocina que en el dormitorio. No nos atrevimos a usar el lavaplatos, ya que estaba oxidado y sucio en la mayoría de los espacios. El televisor es más pequeño que una pantalla de computadora y apenas hay espacio para moverse. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos engañados ya que lo que recibimos no estuvo ni cerca de lo que nos prometieron. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Buen ambiente, muy limpio. Las habitaciones tienen cocina y café de cortesía. Lo que destacaría a mejorar es la zona de desayunos y la actitud del servicio. No son muy simpáticos en los desayunos. Variedad de desayuno muy pobre.
