PRO-TIP: Ask for your FREE Conrad Bull at the front desk!! It's not advertised, but Conrad properties offer stuffed animals to guests (however, you must ask for them). This is hands down best NYC hotel in Downtown area! Rooms are elegant and extravagant. The views from our rooms were unbelievable, probably the best part of our stay. The whole staff is amazing, super helpful and friendly. The hotel's restaurant offers friendly service and delicious food. Can't wait to stay here again!

Fantastic Accomodations and Service. Comfortable, proffessional,friendly. If you have breakfast I recommend the blueberry pancakes. They are out of this world. Every employee we interacted with were friendly, courteous and professional. Every employee greeted us even in passing. The photo were taken from our bedroom window.

Served by a dramatic atrium lobby, the Conrad New York Downtown is an upscale hotel in World Trade Center/Battery Park area.Clean and modern rooms. Very large shower.Loved the in-room water purification system!Breakfast at Atrio was very good.

I have been Hilton Honors member and Hilton owner for over 10 years and this has been my first stay in a Conrad. And what an experience it was thanks to this team in the downtown NYC hotel. Very chic very tasteful decorated and absolutely spotless. This hotel is the definition of good old fashion customer service.Every employee that you pass regardless of their role, it pleasant friendly and offers assistance. So many great little special touches that you don’t see so much anymore, bathrobe and slippers, full offering of bathroom amenities, specialty coffees. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping, and taking in sights without the crowded and noisy streets but surrounded by little parks, gardens and.breathtaking riverfront views. I have already booked two additional trips! Special shout-out to Kenny, Lisa, Michael, just to name a few! Thanks for the best anniversary weekend. See you again soon!

Enjoyed our stay.Only a little interaction with the staff, but the couple that did assist me were pretty great.Room was nice with all the amenities.Shower was probably the best part, though.Lots of room and waterfall faucet poured so much water out ... probably not good for water conservation, but awesome shower.

Superb hotel. Quiet at night. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean, great service. Danny, the bar tender, is very professional, at the same time very personable. He made our stay there for 5 days a great experience. We will remember him with delight.

This hotel is in a great location downtown and has beautiful views of the Hudson. The rooms are large since they are all suites. The bathroom fixtures are extremely nice and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and eager to help make the stay memorable. A fantastic hotel in every way! Highly recommended!

Exceptional service! Beautiful comfortable hotel suite equipped with everything. Hotel staff really made our stay 5 stars, especially Issac! He was so helpful with everything we needed and even remembered our name when we left! Thank you Conrad hotel! We will be returning

Espectacular!!! entras y te sientes en una pelÍcula!! decoracion de cine, moderno, futurista...nos recibiÓ eliot y fue un gran profesional....el segundo dia, el servicio de limpieza mh💎 todo impecable, con 2 botellines de agua de cortesia, unas alfombras en la cama...fabuloso!! el 3 y 4 dÍa nos encontramos los albornoces y zapatillas nuevas colocados enfente del baÑo... por la tarde pasan para traer hielo y reponer todo lo que necesites!!! nosenamoramos de la barra del restaurante *atrio *por la comodidad y diseÑo del mobiliario, la amabilidad del personal, y la calidad de su restauraciÓn*la haburguesa atrio 💎👌*...., el seÑor morris en la recepciÓn es un experto fotÓgrafo!!! nos hizo un reportaje * love*en la escalera de pelicula 🍾!!!... nuestra camarera de habitaciÓn *chystal* era atenta y siempre con una sonrisa te repone cualquier artÍculo sin miedo😊; gel, toallas, 🍷agua!!! .....volveremos seguro al conrad y lo vamos a recomendar a nuestros amigos y familiares 💎🍾🍾

I can't say enough about the service here at this hotel. When we checked in, Elliot accommodated our requests to our satisfaction. When we needed bottles of water, humidifiers, a fridge, a crib... we felt the staff went the extra mile and were timely with all of our requests. To top it off, the housekeeping Manager Patrick really went the extra mile and sent us extra treats and milk for our toddler. He was super warm and inviting, he made our visit feel extra special. I would recommend anybody come stay the Conrad Downtown.

This was the first time that I stayed in a downtown location and I did not regret it. I checked in online and was able to use the digital key which was a great feature. The rooms are all suites and I had a lovely view of the Hudson bay. Diamond members get free breakfasts where you pick one item from the menu or else on weekends you can get access to the buffet.

Awesome location, conveniently located to battery park and downtown NYC. Near running paths, Subway, 9/11 memorial and the ferry to Jersey. Excellent service and all the rooms are suite style with a distinct sitting area separated by a wall, which is great for families. Would stay again!

Fabulous Hotel! We had the most wonderful stay here. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, extremely spacious suites, amazing views and very nice staff. The morning breakfast is incredible! Cannot wait to return here!

Wow, were do I begin with this hotel? Without exaggeration, this is in the Top 3 hotels I have ever stayed in. Every part of my experience from check in to check out was perfect. The rooms (suites, technically) are tremendous, elegantly furnished, and impeccably maintained. As I was walking to my room after checking in I walked past a member of the housekeeping staff. In most hotels they may just say hello as you pass by, but here I was greeted with a warm smile and she followed me to my room bringing along a bag of ice, bottles of water, and extra towels - what great hospitality! The suite was comfortable and quiet. I went the entire night without hearing a single noise from the hallway and very little street noise. My only gripe was with breakfast in the restaurant. The food just was rather average and my waitress was inattentive and somewhat rude.
