Muito bom hotel! Super cama e tudo limpo. O único problema foi do armário ser extremamente pequeno para guardar as roupas de 2 pessoas para 10 dias.

Nice room. Staff really wanted to sell us a shuttle trip to the cruise dock. So we signed up. Shuttle leaves at 2pm. But they made us check out at 12. My friend however got to stay till 2pm. Hotel wasn't crowded. Our floor was clearly half empty. I'll stick with Hilton next time. Also tiny elevators. Edit: Just want to note the pathetic reply from Marriott that does not address the fact the hotel was at half occupancy. There was no reason to deny my request.

The bistro is seldom open. The rooms are not always properly cleaned. And beware of the glasses wrapped in plastic claiming to have be washed and ready for use: you may find surprises. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel.

My husband and I decided to go to LA for the weekend and I am so glad we found this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was so nice and helpful! Valet parking is 52 dollars which is a little pricey but I really cannot complain, everyone was wonderful and we are definitely coming back again!!

Had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and bar area were great. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Great location. It didn't take us long to get anywhere in town.

The rooms are a little tired, but there is a lot to do in the area and the staff - in particular Daniella with amazing positivity and smiles- are very cool.

Excelente opção para ficam em Downtown Miami. Bem localizado com acesso facil para a 95. O que deixa qualquer shopping a 30 ou 40 minutos de carro. Quartos amplos, camas confortaveis, com gelateira e micro ondas . Tem um Whole Foods na frente, que oferece uma otima variedade d lanches pizzas e comida. O unico porém do Hotel é o estacionamento, que é pago e caro. Mas tem acesso a todos os andares do hotel.

Hotel bem localizado, no centro de Miami. Quartos confortáveis e bom atendimento. O estacionamento poderia ser mais barato, mas há opções mais em conta nas redondezas.

Daniele was wonderful with checking us in, recommending restaurants and was great to talk to, it felt like home. Without her we wouldn’t of known what to do or where to go! Thank you so much and Merry Christmas :)

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone from the staff and back of house team make you feel welcomed. The rooms were so spacious and clean as well. My group stayed in a king suite that had two pull out couches. Although cleaning services were upon request, the staff was incredibly fast to deliver guests requests. Can’t wait to be back at this hotel. I also wanted to commend the front desk staff for being friendly and efficient upon check in.

It’s a nice hotel! Staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are beautiful, there is a working desk and comfortable sofa. The only problem was the thermostat -it didn’t read the room temperature well. Otherwise a pleasant stay. It was a business trip but I would gladly stay again at leisure.

Arrived very late and wanted to take a shower. Hot water did not work (didn’t even get warm) so we were moved to another room. We were moved quickly. Water took a while to to heat in the next room, but it did eventually heat unlike the other room. However, the parking was $35 for the brief eight hours we stayed (WTH?!?!) and the pool was out of service. There were signs instructing those who wanted to use it to contact the desk for an alternative pool arrangement, but who would want to go somewhere else to swim when they’re already paying a considerable amount to swim in a pool with convenient access? This one did have coffee in the lobby, at least. The other Miami Courtyard does not, but the parking is less expensive.

SPARTAN NATION SHOWED OUT. The hotel was very comfy and staff was great. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is because we asked about food delivery and was suggested to a third party room service company well an hour and a half later mind ya this was after watching my SPARTAN DOGS WHOOP THE WIND OUT OF THE HURRICANES but basically my order was messed up and sent to the wrong hotel and room number and I never received a confirmation or anything but they sure took the money out of the account but was promised a full refund so it was taken care of but this day and age I would suggest to not suggest unless it is the hotels own service. All in all a great stay.

Hotel bem localizado em Downtown Miami. Só isso. Reserva de quarto triplo aonde alocam 3 pessoas para um quarto só com uma cama de casal, e sequer tinha um sofá que pudesse ser convertido em cama, problema só resolvido com a interferência do agente de viagem (2hs de espera). A recepção simplesmente se resignava a dizer que não tinha reserva de mais de uma cama e se precisássemos de mais uma cama deveríamos pagar mais. Café da manhã simplesmente decepcionante, um serviço de pratos elaborados, limitado, sem oferta de buffet. O quarto sequer foi limpo e arrumado pelo serviço de quarto. O estacionamento, apesar de ser excelente, com acesso a cada andar, mediante cartão do quarto, é caríssimo, 43 dólares por dia (dezembro 2019). A rede precisa melhorar em muito para dar segurança a quem quer fazer reservas pré pagas para essa unidade.
