The reviews talking about how "rough" the neighborhood is? Grow a pair, you get what you pay for. This motel is 4 minutes from Freemont and it's no different than any other "downtown" problems other cities have! The Downtowner were exceptional hosts, 24 hr service and the prices are extremely competitive! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be coming back!

Limpo e perto de tudo. Este é um local divertido perto de Fremont st. O pessoal é super simpático e muito atento às suas necessidades. Vamos falar sobre o bar do saguão😉 você tem que pedir uma bebida fora do menu e não vai se decepcionar. Eu recomendaria ficar aqui.🙂

Acabei de passar por aqui para encontrar um colega meu para discutir os planos de fotografia para nossa equipe de dança. Nós nos encontramos dentro desta pequena área de bar de vidro transparente que tinha uma bela mesa de centro e um sofá para que nosso negócio pudesse ser facilmente colocado e espalhado para fácil visualização. Ele está localizado a apenas 1 quarteirão do barulho da festa usual da Fremont Street e é um lugar perfeito para discutir negócios. O bar completo (preços muito justos) está lá com bebidas não alcoólicas e, claro, qualquer outra bebida feita sob encomenda, também. Eu realmente gosto deste lugar e nosso anfitrião foi o Sr. Will o barman, um ótimo anfitrião.

Staff was awesome, super friendly, Dee was amazingly helpful and funny. Clean room with cool decor. Cute but difficult mini golf course in the courtyard was fun. Bar is great for booze at night and coffee in the morning.

Clean and close to everything.This is a fun spot near Fremont st. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to your needs. Let’s talk about the bar in the lobby😉 you have to ask for an off menu drink you won’t be disappointed. I would recommend staying here.🙂

I Just dropped in to meet a colleague of mine to discuss the photography plans for our dance team. We meet inside this nice little transparent Glass bar area that had a nice Coffee table and a couch so that our Business could be easily laid and spread out for easy viewing. It's located just 1 block from Fremont Street's Usual PARTY Noise and makes a perfect quite place to discuss business. The full bar (very fair prices) is there with nonalcohol and of course, any other custom made drinks, as well. I really like this place and our Host was Mr. Will the bartender, a great host.

Quick easy check-in, limited access for safety, and clean rooms. Rooms smelled like weed and cigarettes, despite non-smoking policy. Beds were extremely comfortable but did tend to slide off platform. Close to Fremont Street and Container Park. Housekeeping DID NOT tend to the rooms the entire weeks stay. If you want a comfortable nights sleep close to the action the downtowner is the place to stay.

Stayed here for the very first time because my boss recommended it. It was quite nice with some very cool amenities. The Bar/checking desk is really cool. The check during your stay to make sure everything is to your liking and the staff was super helpful and friendly especially Dee.

This weird little motel is adorable. There's a golf course inside the motel, along with a 24-hour bar and a cute fire pit to gather around. We felt very safe, since the whole motel is enclosed in a fence that requires a key card. Rooms were clean and had cute mid-century modern furniture. Downsides: there's no individual climate control in the rooms. There's just a shared AC system for the whole complex. We were also a little worried about our car getting broken in to, because you just park in a public lot in a sketchy-looking area. All in all, would stay again!

For the price you can't beat this hotel. The shower and the bed was really nice. I think it's easily at a three-star level. It's within walking distance to all of the downtown hotels. I really like the putting course. I'm a good putter and it is really challenging. It's very well done. I would recommend this hotel.

Super loud all day and night. They say there’s a quiet rule after ten pm but I don’t think that’s enforced plus the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything outside and in the other rooms. Rooms were clean and cute, staff was friendly, but the bedding was a nightmare. Had to remake the bed in the middle of the night because the sheets they use don’t fit the bed and they don’t stay on the mattress so you end up sleeping on the mattress cover if you move at all. For the weekday prices, I’d say it’s fair. I wouldn’t pay the weekend price though. I was in town for work, I wouldn’t stay here again for that because this is definitely a party hotel. If I came to Vegas again for fun during the week I’d consider it, hoping they fix the sheet issue though.

Adoro que este lugar está muito perto de Fremont Street. O quarto era muito limpo e tudo parecia novo. A cama era muito confortável e os lençóis eram muito limpos. Caminhada incrível no chuveiro com boa pressão de água. Havia um pouco de barulho da rua vindo de carros e motocicletas, mas é por isso que eu sempre levo meus protetores de ouvido. O ar condicionado era alto e essa é a principal razão pela qual eu não dei a este lugar 5 estrelas.

Pessoal muito bom! O quarto é lindo. Bela vista do pátio do bonito campo de golfe e fogueira. Estranho, não há telefone no quarto. Perto de Fremont Street, o que foi útil. Astroturf peculiar na parede do armário. Excelente Ar Condicionado. Muito confortável, com móveis de qualidade. A TV é uma grande tela plana.

Love that this place is very close to Fremont Street.The room was very clean and everything looked new.The bed was very comfortable and sheets were very clean.Awesome walk in shower with good water pressure.There was a little street noise from cars and motorcycles, but that is why I always bring my earplugs.The air conditioner was loud and that is the main reason I did not give this place 5 stars.

Really nice staff! The room is beautiful. Pretty courtyard view of cute golf course and fire pit. Weird there is no in room phone. Close to Fremont Street, which was handy. Quirky Astroturf on wall in closet. Excellent Air Conditioner. Very comfortable with quality furnishings. TV is a large flat screen.

Boutique hotel time! It is very economic, but aesthetics are there. There is no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker. Our crew don't find ourselves missing them too much. The beds are cushy and everything is clean. Hot water in showers is plentiful. The bathroom could use a shelf for clothes, and there is definitely room for one! Get your putt putt on if you get the time. It's cute.

Don’t know what qualifies this place to have a 2 star rating because it’s just perfect. In a great location in between the craziness of the Fremont Street experience and the artsy downtown area. The rooms are funky in a clean, boutique-y way and the staff are friendly, inclusive and run a tight ship. Other guests were obviously partying (I mean, it’s Vegas) but it wasn’t disruptive to our stay. Yes, there no coffee pots, refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, which also don’t have A/C or heat, but if you plan your trip with these things in mind it isn’t a problem. Overall excellent value for the price and we would 110% stay here again.

We have stayed multiple times at the Downtowner and it has always been great, but THIS time we stayed for a whole week for my mother's wedding, (and we had convinced a lot of family to stay there with us) and let me say our stay was AMAZING! I'm so glad, all my family liked the place, all thanks to Dee at the front desk! She made it perfect and took care of all our needs. She was very nice, we loved seeing her and joking with her as we came in and out of the building, she just made us all feel very welcomed overall! We will definitely be back soon! Keep up the good work Dee! We hope to see you next time! 💖

We have stayed at The Downtowner multiple times because we have enjoyed our stay so much. The front desk team is very friendly and accommodating. Lesley, Will, Melissa, Dee and Ayela have all been amazing!! The rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. In the common area, there is miniature golf and a fire place. The bar in the lobby is open 24hrs and they have a small area with snacks and drinks for sale. We will definitely keep coming back here again!!

Un sitio sencillo, limpio y muy cómodo para visitar Las Vegas. Aparcamiento fácil e incluido en el precio. Su ubicación está junto a Freemont St y a 10min del Strip. Podría mejorar el ruido de la climatización. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda para pasar un par de noches

Buen motel, limpio, renovado. El mini-golf es gratuito para los huéspedes. Atención amable. Puntos negativos, en los 3 días que me hospedé nunca hicieron la cama, ni arreglaron la habitación ni pusieron toallas limpias. Algunos huéspedes son muy ruidosos a altas horas de la madrugada
