This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I'm sure! We had an awesome time, the hospitality was above and beyond of what we expected. The food delicious! Everyone at the resort made us feel like family. Our hostess Jafreisy Lopez was great! “We spent a week at this beautiful resort- Paradisus Gran Cana. I do not have enough words to truly express how amazing our vacation was! The rooms are updated and well kept! The grounds even after Hurricane Fiona passed through were maintained and lush The pools were a cool escape from the Caribbean heat and cleaned daily by very hard working staff! The beach is a short golf cart drive away and is staffed and clean. They clear the seaweed multiple times a day- this is the Atlantic side of the island so the water is not the crystal clear you expect from the Caribbean side. But you can still enjoy the ocean! Restaurant service and the wait staff were fantastic! Our concierge Raúl went above and beyond to help make our stay as relaxed and enjoyable! He was absolutely phenomenal! Catering to the adults and our son! We will absolutely be returning as soon as possible!”
