“Wonderful hotel, conveniently located downtown. Had a terrific stay. The room was clean and well sanitized. I felt safe in this hotel. Plus, our view was fantastic! All the people were so nice and friendly. Especially Richard, who took such good care of us and went out of his way to make our stay most enjoyable for my wife's 60th Birthday. We would definitely stay here again. And I highly commend Richard for his professionalism and commitment to the Hilton brand. He sets the bar high!”

“This was our second time staying at this hotel. First time was about two years ago and it was great. This time was not. For starters - we got to the city a little early so I requested early check in. It was an additional $20, which really wasn’t a big deal, but I’ve been elsewhere where early check in is no extra cost, especially if you’re a rewards member. The toilet ran and flushed itself ALL NIGHT. Even shutting the bathroom door didn’t mask the sound. Not only that, but the shower wouldn’t drain and I stood in water past my ankles the whole shower. There was also hair all over the walls of the bathroom that was not ours. Furthermore, when we pulled the bed sheets back, there was dried blood in the bed on the sheets. At that point, we had gotten back late and we’re only staying one night, so we laid another sheet over it and went to bed,but it was still super unsettling. Come to find out reading reviews later on, someone had stayed in our exact room two weeks prior and it was infested with bed bugs when they arrived. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the staff was super friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Other than that, there are better hotels you can stay at for the same or lesser of a price. Likely will never be staying here again.”
