Quarto confortável e moderno, com sacada que tem vista para a Torre Eifel. Café da manhã bom.

Hotel sensacional. Bem localizado, limpo, co fortavel e funcionários super simpaticos. Além de tudo com vista pra Torre. Adorei.

Disappointed! No es 4 estrellas ni de cerca. No gasten en una habitación con vista a la Torre Eiffel porque apenas se ve la punta, y desde el bar de la terraza tenes mejor vista y gratis. 300€ tirados a la basura. Regresamos al hotel 1:30am y estuvimos 20minutos afuera esperando que nos abran. Llamamos por teléfono, tocamos el timbre y nada… nos abrio un huésped que justo salio al lobby, resulta q el seguridad estaba dormido detras de la recepcion. Si no era por el huesped vaya a saber cuanto tiempo debíamos esperar. Luego desde la habitación llamamos pidiendo un agua (ya que en la habitación NO hay absolutamente NADA!, hay un minibar vacio, ni cafe) y nos dijo q no habia nadie a esa hora q debiamos bajar a buscar el agua. Es peor hotel 4 estrellas que fui en mi vida. Lo unico buena es la ubicación pero hay muchos hoteles mejores y más baratos

Loud and 3 star at best. Ridiculously small rooms (129’2) and tiny awkwardly shaped bathroom with a sliding door that didnt close all the way. We requested a quiet room and were placed with a smile on the second floor above a karaoke bar, next to the stairwell door. That door slammed hard enough to rattle our door as if someone were trying to enter our room. We requested a different room and were told they were booked solid while the internet said there were vacancies. Breakfast was poor. The walls of the room were dirty. The carpet was stained. After three tries they agreed to let us cancel the rest of our stay.

My husband and I have been to this hotel every time we visit Paris. We have a membership through Marriott but find this hotel to be exactly what we want. When visiting in February 2019, we were surprised with an upgrade to a balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! It was our most memorable trip to Paris and a big thanks to the Holiday Inn-Notre Dome for that experience!

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are small but nice and clean. We had a balcony which was a lovely addition. The rooftop is incredible and one of the best views in Paris. Hotel guests are able to reserve a spot for a drink on the roof which is great considering there's usually a line outside the door for non guests waiting for a table.

The hotel is fairly decent . The shining star of this place is the rooftop bar with amazing views at sunset of the tour Eiffel . Rooms lacked many things given that it is a 4 star hotel (bottle of water , kettle for evening tea , bathroom amenities...) should have been included in the room compared to similar 4 star hotels in Saint Germain area. When asked the answer was that those are given upon request . The room is decent in size . The bathroom was not clean .

Wonderful location, outstanding customer service. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Particularly Jody who went out of her way to help us with reservations and some personal appointments during our stay. The room was adequate, clean and quiet despite being close to the elevator. The rooftop and terrace were particular favorites.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the metro. Hundreds of restaurants near it and the roof top bar always has a line for people wanting to go up there. The rooms are small but worth it for the location. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Hotel is OK, we'll deserved 3 stars. Room that we had, was extremely small. If you want a larger room, ask for a double bed room. I'd say that this size room is acceptable for Paris, since there are so many things to do and see. You may accept a closet sized bathroom, which is right next to your bed, separated from your room by a tiny sliding glass door. Although, rooms need to be renovated, walls a worn, closets heavily used. No tea kettle, or teas. Breakfast buffet is a great addition, but food quality and options a mediocre. Rooftop bar has awesome views, and backyard is very cool. So if you're planning to spend most of the time outside your room, this hotel is good.

Lastima por las circunstancias del covid servicios no disponibles y el tiempo no me acompaño para disfrutar de la terraza y sus vistas....las habitaciones impecables, mejor situado imposible cerca de todo, el estilo decorativo de muy gusto.... la unica pega contrate servicio con desayuno y aun estoy esperando la devolucion del servicio no prestado...... espero que se pongan en contacto conmigo o por el intermediario hotelaria.... en difinitiva visto las circunstancia que vivimos repetire y lo recomiendo

The reception staff is really friendly and gave us some useful parking tips. The roof top terrace is an absolute delight to wind down after a long day of discovering Paris, with views spanning most of central Paris. The rooms are pretty standard Holiday Inn and good overall. I especially enjoyed the multi-jet shower and the strong air conditioning and useful fridge. Would recommend!

Excelente ubicación cerda de Notre Dame personal muy pendiente, educado y servicial, hablando varios idiomas.Desayuno muy bueno. Estación de metro a 10 metros y cercade autobúses que recorren la ciudad. Repetiré.

Céntrico y con trato al cliente superior. Se echa de menos un gimnasio. No hay que perderse el rooftop del hotel!!!

La ubicación es perfecta, de "10" A 5 minutos andando de Notre Dame y a algunos más aluseo del Louvre. La habitación perfecta, al menos la qué nosotros reservamos, con balcon-teraza dotada de una mesa y 2 sillones, donde se puede fumar, con vistas a la torre Eiffel y Torres de Notre dame. El aire acondicionado perfecto, dotada de hervidor de agua, tazas y productos para prepararte un café o una infusión. En el baño, surtido de productos para el baño así como albornoces y zapatillas. El hotel tiene 8 plantas, más una novena que es una terraza bar con vistas increíbles. En la planta baja hay una pequeña terraza donde se inspira relax con una fuente y vegetación donde poder tomaralgo y también fumar. El bufé del desayuno exquisito y perfecto. La amabilidad del personal lo máximo. Sin dudarlo volvería a este magnífico hotel.

Situación inmejorable habitación pequeña pero suficiente bonita terraza . Atienden en español. La limpieza mejorables
