“Absolutely wonderful staff! Can't say enough good things about them. The hotel needs a little work. Frayed, dirty carpet; 1 elevator does not work; spiders; dirty shower curtain. Really not up to what I am used to for a Hiltonproperly especially for >$300/night. Hopefully they will renovate in the near future. Very nice location.”

“Good quiet place we barely knew kids was there...it had a good selection of breakfast and seating area..one issue was that our room was not serviced for the 3 days we were there..we were not able to utilize the pool during our stay(rain or locked) We had a late flight so they were accommodated us with holding our luggage. They also have items you can buy to eat/cook in the room. Another was our flight left late and I asked about late check out I was told they can give me to 1pm by the night crew then I checked in the morning and then was told they can do 12pm without extra charge...however it never was confirmed so we had to linger around until our flight. I understand policy but I think an hour or two was not a big deal...but overall it was a nice place and convenient to the airport...I just know next time to make sure to pay in advance for late check out.”
