“The hotel is well located (I am staying here now), check-in service was horrible. I was received by a person who had not shaved in two days, no upgrade for a top Marriott member, no indications on services offered. The following day I spoke to the Front Office Manager who promised to find a solution to the above since he seemed to agree that I could have been treated better. I never heard from him again. It seems the hotel has a general service problem. Service at breakfast is very poor, my table was cleared twice one morning while I went back to the buffet, sometimes coffee is offered, other times not. The food is good. No water in room, unusual for a 4 star hotel today. First time I stayed here but will definitely look for a place that appreciates my business next time I'm Rome, hopefully before end of January.”

“Stayed at this property for 4 days - 2 days for a business summit followed by a couple of days for follow up business during July’22. Rooms & service - the staff were very polite and helpful (except one morning the receptionists weren’t aware if card payment works on buses, and we were ill-informed, almost ended up being fined; taxi strikes were on). Otherwise no complaints. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Location - pretty well located. Breakfast - Amazinggggg. Overall, a very good stay and would recommend.”
