“When considering the positives, the hotel is in an amazing location. We were a quick walk away from amazing shops restaurants and cafes. Also the staff is very polite and knowledgeable. There was nothing that we asked for that they could not fully handle. Lastly, the hotel is very cute and stylish. However, considering negatives, we did not have a comforter, just a thin sheet to sleep on. The cleaner never fully cleaned our apartment, and there was some food from a previous guest left on the floor under a table. They also left their cleaning supplies in our room one day. The pool was way smaller then I expected and the seats in the lounge area are very close. Overall it wasn’t the worse experience ever, but that’s also because we were rarely in the room.”
