Located in the Wynwood District these Modern-style Miami Ace in Wynwood Studio Apartments feature a kitchen seating area with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Bardot Miami live concert venue and cocktail bar is 900 m away. Like much the surrounding area the property is decorated with its own unique and colourful sunset-and-bamboo mural. Free parking and designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. Units are individually decorated—some offer reclaimed wood accents or multiple windows. A Minimalist-style sofa seating area flat-screen cable TV and small dining area are also included as well as an en suite. Wynwood Walls graffiti and street art exhibit is 5 minutes' walk south of Ave in Wynwood Studio Apartments with several art galleries and gastro pubs along the way. Miami International Airport are 11 minutes' drive from the property.

“This place should be shut down or, at the VERY least, not listed and advertised as a “boutique hotel.” The pictures online are fake — please save your time and money. We only needed a place for one night due to a canceled flight and still could not make it work. When we arrived, parking is off to the side & away from the main building, which is extremely dimly lit at night. Units are numbered by small pieces of paper taped to the door. Our unit had lights and TV already on. When we walked in, the floors were dirty, the bathroom door was destroyed at the bottom, and a dirty towel and hair was in the sink and shower. We contacted management who relocated us to a different unit. We moved down to unit 11 which had rust? blood? something stained on the bathroom floor and stains on the sheets. I requested a refund and we had already packed up our things to go. Someone from rocketstay called me to confirm I had left (not sure how anyone would know that so it was creepy) and told me “refunds are subject to the owner’s approval.” DO NOT STAY HERE.”

Hello, I stayed here Sept 30 - oct 3rd 2022. Check in was easy. I had requested for a room on a higher level upon my arrival and they quickly accommodated me into a new room without any hassle. Also I wanted bathroom to be cleaner, they sent a cleaning service first thing in the morning. So very happy with their customer service. Apts were nice and cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

Listen to the other reviews!! Room was NOT even close to as nice as the pictures. Did not feel safe especially as a solo traveler so I never even stayed for my booking once I saw what it was. But if you can deal with getting what you paid for with dirt cheap pricing then it might be the place for you.

This place was disgusting! The walls were dirty. The sheets on the bed were dirty. There was a huge roach in the shower. The wall sockets were falling out of the wall. There were several holes in the walls. This was not a safe or secure area with little to no outside lighting. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I am now out of $1100 because we could not stay there. It felt very unsafe! They refuse to refund our money.

If u value your health dont stay here. The pictures speak for themselves. One star is one too many. This place should be shut down for the inhumane conditions. Mold & rot everywhere. False advertisement. The pics online are fake. Save yourself the headache. The owner and rockeystays are cheap and wont refund your money .
