Clean looking hotel. The breakfast was good. You have to be quick if you dont want to miss the things from the refrigerator because they fill up anything but not the fridge. Some planes will fly by at night but not as many as daytime. That was not a problem for me. I guess its very hard to find a quiet hotel in Florida at all.

The room was supposed to be considered a larger room and it wasn’t. Very small, very dark and dreary. Old school. We had ants in every area of our hotel room! It was ridiculous. The complimentary coffee in the main area is absolutely disgusting. The one positive is that they are directly next to a plaza that has Dunkin and many other food options.

First of I wanted to give zero stars because what we weren't happy about we complaint in hopes that we got the respect of the hotel about the situation..... Our complaint went like this: We were staying at the La Quinta since Thursday 6/16 until 6/21. We had reserved another night to stay with them but we cancelled it due to the following reasons: Ac hasn't been cooling since day one. Receptionist offered us a room. We went to look at it but it was smelly so we didn't take it. Room is not clean and we have to reserve housekeeping if it needs to be cleaned. The refrigerator is not cooling. Half of the equipment in the gym doesn't work Internet is not available constantly. It disconnects frequently. There are not many options available for breakfast and not enough room to accommodate people who want to eat breakfast. Even if a table is free, the table is not clean as there is only one staff member taking care of everything. There is a constant shortage of breakfast items in the morning. Our keys had to be reactivated again because they weren't working. We had kept them separately/away from the phones. Sadly we haven't heard from the hotel....and while trying emailing and phoning the hotel......hasn't responded so far. We wanted to give them the opportunity to recognize the problem or solve them as soon as possible.

With this place you get what you pay for. It's a really old building that has been maintaines well for the most part. However, I did run into some problems. So I checked in, went to my room and the room key did not. No one in the front desk answers the phone, so I had to go back downstairs and get new keys. The elevtors are slow. So we decided to be switched to a lower floor since I was going to be in and out of the stairs. The bath tub plug was broken. When we would shower a pool would form in the bath tub. So I had to get creative and use a bottle cap to keep it open. The breakfast is minimal; bagels, toast, waffles juice,coffee, etc. So you get what you pay for here. Not bad but not great! The rooms are pretty big and spacious. The cleanness could be better. But then again what can you expect from a 3.6 hotel.

I love this place is amazing the price is fair the people who work there are very nice and they always try to make you feel comfortable is Coupled stuff that I believe should be fix like Internet connections but side of this. I do love this place

This place is ok. It has a good location but that’s it. Close to the airport, dolphin mall and Walmart. Room was ok. Not bad smells and clean sheets. We used the washer and the dryer but the clothes didn’t came out dry. Cleaning lady was very nice to us. Front desk also very nice and provided very good service to us at check in.

The location is great,access to the rooms is great with multiple entrances,the hotel is secure and in a decent quiet business area of Doral. Apart from better internet service i would highly recommend this Hotel.

The location and clean bed are the only benefits. The room is dated, smelly and musty. The breakfast is just sugary items. The showers are old although the bathroom is fairly ample.

The place has signs saying it was smoke free but I get in the room and it had remnants of stale smoke smells. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Bathroom had a decent sized nice mirror and the window opens which made the stay alot easier considering the smell. Not a good place to stay if you want a view

Great stay while in Miami. Sherrie was very welcoming at the front desk and accommodated all of my needs. However, they still use the Covid excuse to keep their pool closed along with their continental breakfast. If you're booking here for a free breakfast/pool, book somewhere else. If you're booking for a nice place to stay while you grab breakfast somewhere else and head to south beach later in the day this place is for you.
