“The Le Consulat is just as presented. 3.5 star hotel. I would give the location 5 stars. I spent 4 nights there, truly enjoyed the small pool in the evening. The room and private terrace on the first floor was clean, and comfortable. I ate at elegant restaurants, as well as $2 taco and draft beer bars. The area is safe, I travel alone, the staff is wonderful. I stay at boutique hotels whenever I am able. If you want luxury, you will not find it here, it's quaint and comfortable. There are many big name chain hotels in the area, I will take Le Consulat.”

“Im giving a 1 star because i cant give them a -10 the worst experience ever since we arrived. first time visiting puerto rico and the experience that this hotel if you can call it hotel gave us was the worst. first of all theres no parking spot so we had to rent a parking spot near by but that wasn't even the beginning of our nightmare. they made us wait for the check in over 3 hours of the expected. as soon as we finally were able to get into our rooms it wasn't what it was shown in the pictures and not even a cabinet or closet to accommodate our stuffs. but the worst was that after such a long wait and tired of all day making time walking around we wanted to take a shower and there was no water in our room. the management and the whole staff just told us that they couldn't provide us any other room. neither they were able to refund us the money because we took a package thru a third company. basically they didn't take any responsibility. the worst experience ever please don't waste your money or time, neither ruin your vacations staying in this horrible place.”

We got this new years eve package that included stay at the IVY and party at the Wave Hotel near by. Customer service was excellent. Kudos to the crew working new years eve and new years day. They were very attentive and respectful. Highly recommended and will definitely be back soon. Conseguimos esse pacote de réveillon que incluía estadia no IVY e festa no Wave Hotel ali perto. O atendimento ao cliente foi excelente. Parabéns à equipe que trabalha na véspera de ano novo e no dia de ano novo. Eles foram muito atenciosos e respeitosos. Altamente recomendado e com certeza voltarei em breve.

My family and I sadly cannot recommend The Ivy. We were so excited for our stay but we found the room to be clean but poorly prepared (no towels and the sheets and bed were horribly uncomfortable). The overwhelming smell of cleaner or air freshener gave multiple members of my family headaches. The bathroom was gorgeous! We were extremely disappointed to find the pool closed. Hope future customers have a better experience. Infelizmente, minha família e eu não podemos recomendar o The Ivy. Estávamos tão entusiasmados com a nossa estadia, mas achamos o quarto limpo, mas mal preparado (sem toalhas e os lençóis e a cama eram terrivelmente desconfortáveis). O cheiro avassalador de limpador ou purificador de ar deu dores de cabeça a vários membros da minha família. O banheiro era lindo! Ficamos extremamente desapontados ao encontrar a piscina fechada. Espero que os futuros clientes tenham uma experiência melhor.

Great location and front desk staff; nice soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the room. Came with a basic continental breakfast at its sister hotel a block away. The wifi was weak and we were using data more often than not. The room itself had hair on the floor and sink and there was a stain on the bedding. The property could use attention as well; wall tiles in the pool area were missing or peeling off and one of the blinds in the room was broken. Ótima localização e funcionários da recepção; bom sabonete, xampu e condicionador no quarto. Veio com um café da manhã continental básico em seu hotel associado a uma quadra de distância. O wifi era fraco e estávamos usando dados com mais frequência do que não. O quarto em si tinha cabelos no chão e na pia e havia uma mancha na roupa de cama. A propriedade também precisa de atenção; os azulejos da área da piscina estavam faltando ou descascando e uma das persianas da sala estava quebrada.

Muita fumaça, mas pouco assado. A estrutura parece elegante, mas os serviços internos são reduzidos ao máximo. Por exemplo, elevador não funciona, necessidade de reiniciar as chaves eletrônicas diariamente, café da manhã em outro hotel a mais de 5 minutos a pé, saboneteiras vazias (mesmo depois de pedir uma recarga!). Não é um local maravilhoso. Eu recomendaria procurar um hotel em Old San Juan.

Son unos mentirosos y unos ladrones, se coordinó mediante booking una estadía de 4 noches (pagando previamente la primera) y finalmente tuvimos que irnos un día antes. Cuando mi hermano habló con el hotel (en recepción), dijeron que no había problema y que harían la devolución a través de Booking por la noche que no usamos. Cuando hicimos el reclamo con Booking, el hotel NEGÓ TODO. El equipo de Ivy Hotel le dijo a Booking que ellos jamás aceptaron la devolución y que nosotros “nos retiramos antes sabiendo lo que pasaría”. JAMÁS SE QUEDEN AQUÍ, son unos LADRONES y MENTIROSOS.Update ante la rpta del hotel: A ver señores, las cosas sucedieron así: 1. Al momento del checkin mi hermano les pregunto si había problema en que realice el check out un día antes. USTEDES respondieron que no había problema y que, de ocurrir, harían la devolución a través de Booking. 2. El segundo día mi hermano llamó a recepción a preguntar lo mismo, y la respuesta fue la misma: harían la DEVOLUCIÓN a través de Booking. 3. Al reclamar con Booking, ellos indicaron que USTEDES no tenían conocimiento de una devolución y que “nos retiramos antes sabiendo lo que pasaría”, claramente una mentira pues previamente nos dijeron otra cosa.NO ME INTERESA una noche gratis, quiero la devolución que me corresponde.The Ivy Hotel es un lugar lleno de mentirosos, ladrones y que solo busca aprovecharse de sus clientes. NO SE QUEDEN AQUÍ.

The room had the essentials, very clean and non humid with access to adjusting the ac, clean sheets (no stains), Med size bathroom with modern finish, comfortable beds and pillows. there was no iron, but would be nice to have one. The one thing I hated was the door. It was hard to close. and not being able to reach the hotel.the hotel is great to stay if you plan to hang out in condado, walk to Old San Juan, go to the beach, night life in "La Placita", restaurants, bars, etc.you wont have a bad experience.

Great hotel located right in the center of the Condado neighborhood of San Juan. We used this as our home base for 5 days during our visit.Most sights of San Juan were within walking distance or $5 Uber. Rooms were clean, pool looked nice but we never ended up using it, and there was always an employee at the front desk available to help.Sound in this neighborhood was an issue on weekend nights so we bought earplugs and that seemed to solve the problem.Free breakfast was offered at the sister hotel down the street. Ótimo hotel localizado bem no centro do bairro Condado de San Juan. Usamos isso como nossa base por 5 dias durante a nossa visita.A maioria dos pontos turísticos de San Juan estava a uma curta distância ou $ 5 Uber. Os quartos eram limpos, a piscina parecia boa, mas nunca acabamos usando, e sempre havia um funcionário na recepção disponível para ajudar.O som neste bairro era um problema nas noites de fim de semana, então compramos tampões para os ouvidos e isso pareceu resolver o problema.Café-da-manhã de cortesia foi oferecido no hotel associado na rua.

Only good thing here is location! My room was full of mosquitoes 🦟 killed 5, after they bite me up!Room service is horrible, never got room service there 6 nights. Had to ask for towels at front desk, clerk gave me dirty bath towel, no wash towel at all. Had the nerve to tell me its not dirty. Had big dirt spot on it..Lol Elevator was not working, got stuck in it for short time! I will never stay here again or suggest it to anyone. Very disappointed!! A única coisa boa aqui é a localização! Meu quarto estava cheio de mosquitos 🦟 mataram 5, depois que eles me morderam! Serviço de quarto é horrível, nunca tem serviço de quarto lá 6 noites. Tive que pedir toalhas na recepção, funcionário me deu toalha de banho suja, sem toalha de lavagem. Teve a coragem de me dizer que não é sujo. Tinha grande mancha de sujeira nele.. Lol Elevador não estava funcionando, ficou preso nele por pouco tempo! Eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente ou sugerir a ninguém. Muito desapontado!!

Fue una de las experiencias más agradables que pude tener, tuve un early check In y fue perfecto llegue a las 11 y mi cuarto estaba listo súper limpio estoy embarazada so me acomodaron en el primer piso lo cual le súper agradezco a el Sr. Luis… valió cada dólar me encantó el area porque aunque es residencial se siente súper seguro y con todo cerca el front desk fue amazing… fui en plena tormenta Fiona y fueron súper amables y considerados yo les doy 20/10 nos vemos pronto nuevamente…

Is nice place, easy to move to another place, close to the beach ⛱️, restaurants, bars and more. The breakfast is no far maybe 5 mins. Is not a big hotel, no parking but if you are visiting for a few days, will be a fantastic to be there. I should say front desk people is very nice.

O hotel é novo com todas as instalações recém-lançadas. Bom tratamento e limpeza. Os quartos são espaçosos com camas grandes e confortáveis. O único inconveniente que notamos foi a porta do banheiro que era do tipo celeiro e abria sozinha, não tendo nenhuma parada para mantê-la fechada. O pequeno-almoço é servido no terraço do Hotel Wave, apenas a 200 metros. A localização é magnífica pois está rodeada de restaurantes de todo o tipo, supermercado, farmácia e todos os serviços. Old San Juan fica a apenas 10 minutos de carro. Nunca nos faltou estacionamento na área.

El hotel está nuevo con todas las instalaciones recién estrenadas. Buen trato y limpieza. Las habitaciones son amplias y con camas grandes y cómodas. El único inconveniente que notamos fue la puerta del baño que era tipo granero y se abría sola, no teniendo ningún tope para que permaneciera cerrada. El desayuno lo sirven en la terraza del hotel Wave a escasos 200 metros. La ubicación es magnífica pues está rodeado de restaurantes de todo tipo, supermercado, farmacia y todos los servicios. El Viejo San Juan se encuentra a escasos 10 minutos en coche. Nunca nos faltó aparcamiento en la zona.

O hotel em geral é muito bom e limpo. O único detalhe é que não tem estacionamento e os que ficam perto são bem caros (eu entendo que sendo uma área de Condado o custo é mais alto). Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A piscina estava um pouco suja. É super central no Condado e a praia fica a cerca de 10 minutos a pé.

El hotel en general es muy lindo y limpio. El único detalle es que no tiene estacionamiento y los que están cerca son bastante costosos (entiendo que por ser área de Condado el costo es mayor). Los empleados son muy amables y atentos. La piscina estaba un poco sucia. Quedasúper céntrico en condado y la playa queda a unos 10 minutos caminando.

Esta es mi segunda experiencia en este hotel y ha estado muy acogedora. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en el mismo Condado. Es un hotel tranquilo, limpio, decorado con excelente gusto, con una piscina pequeña pero muy acogedora, el personal es amable y servicial. Estuve muy feliz con el upgrade que me dieron para la segunda noche, esta es mi segunda estadía en la propiedad. La habitación tenía una terraza muy acogedora, con una bañera al aire libre y una cama de patio. Disfrutamos mucho este espacio el cual nos permite relajarnos y liberar estrés. Este hotel, es uno de los pocos en Puerto Rico que te ofrece desayuno, aunque es algo sencillo y hay que moverse al hotel Wave a consumirlo. Recomendé este hotel a unos amigos y quedaron muy contentos con su experiencia también. Realmente la pasamos genial estos dos días y ambas parejas esperamos regresar pronto. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel!

Não reserve este hotel, ninguém atende o telefone e se você tiver um problema com o reembolso, você não receberá nenhuma ajuda…. mais barato nem sempre é melhor!(Quando eu tiver uma resolução, posso atualizar este comentário, mas até então não posso, tenho que avisar as pessoas que já se passaram dois meses desde que o IVY cobrou meu cartão através do hotels.com. E eu optei por pagar no hotel e meu cartão era ainda cobrado antes da data de cancelamento. Cancelei minha reserva e ainda não recebi o reembolso) Neste ponto, isso é criminoso. $ 416 …… É extremamente pouco profissional como você não consegue entrar em contato com ninguém. E se eu não tiver uma resolução, isso será encaminhado através do PR ... escritório do procurador dos EUA, com meu banco, é claro, e por meio de todas as plataformas de mídia social, bem como todos os sites de avaliação que posso imaginar. Também com a hotels.com, porque eles não são inocentes nessa situação. Meu cartão nunca deveria ter sido cobrado em primeiro lugar!

A equipe foi muito atenciosa, amigável e gentil. Meu quarto era limpo e espaçoso. Meu quarto também tinha um pátio fechado, onde eu podia relaxar e aproveitar o lindo clima. Além disso, está perfeitamente localizado perto da praia e da faixa onde todos os restaurantes e lojas estão localizados. Viajei para descontrair, relaxar e me divertir em paz e sossego e foi exatamente isso que fiz! Fiquei 5 noites lindas!

The staff was very attentive, friendly, and kind. My room was clean and spacious. My room also had a closed-in patio area where I was able to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Also, it is perfectly located near the beach and the strip where all the eateries and stores are located. I traveled to unwind, relax, and enjoy myself in peace and quiet and that was exactly what I did! I stayed 5 beautiful nights!

Do not Book this hotel no one answers the phone and if you have a problem with a refund you’re not going to receive any help …. cheaper is not always better! (When I have a resolve I can update this review but until then I cannot, I have to warn people it has been two months since the IVY charged my card through hotels.com. And I chose to pay at the hotel and my card was still charged prior to cancellation date. I canceled my reservation and I still have not received a refund) At this point this is criminal. $416…… It’s extremely unprofessional how you can’t get in touch with anyone. And if I don’t have a resolve this will be escalated through the PR … US attorney‘s office , with my bank of course and through all in every social media platform as well as all the review sites I can think of. Also with hotels.com as well because they are not innocent in this situation. My card should never have been charged in the first place!

This hotel is great, affordable and clean. Our room wasn't ready but they upgraded us. In a good neighborhood near Walgreens, CVS and great restaurants. The beach is nearby.

Um item foi roubado da minha bolsa. Uma recepcionista do hotel sugeriu que foi roubado por minha irmã, que mora comigo, que já revirou aquele item 1000 vezes sem ter sido roubado. Liguei um dia antes para perguntar se eles fizeram check-in antecipado, eles afirmaram que teriam quartos disponíveis no dia seguinte, mas não o fizeram, o que me fez esperar pelo meu quarto por 6 horas. Quando nós nos registramos nos quartos, um de nossos hóspedes tinha entrado no chuveiro e o chuveiro mal reformado ou chuveiro “quebrado” inundou o banheiro inteiro então eles tiveram que mudar para nós para um diferente. No entanto, alugamos três quartos e todos os três quartos a água do chuveiro estava fria. Além disso, os quartos são muito pequenos. A mini piscina na parte de trás estava suja e cheia de folhas. A única razão pela qual não dei a este hotel "1" estrela é porque algumas das recepcionistas foram extremamente simpáticas. Além disso, embora o hotel seja muito pequeno, é um hotel bem projetado.

An item was stolen out of my bag, A hotel receptionist suggested that it was stolen by my sister who I was lives with me who has been around that item 1000x times without it being stolen. I called the day before asking if they did early check in they stated that would have rooms available the following day but didn’t which caused me to wait for my room for 6 hours. When we checked into the rooms, one of our guests had gotten in the shower and the poorly renovated shower or “broken” shower flooded the whole bathroom so they had to move to us to a different. However, we rented three rooms and all three rooms the water in the shower water was cold. Also the rooms are very small. The mini pool in the back was dirty filled with leaves. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel “1” star is because some of the receptionist were extremely nice. Also even though the hotel is very tiny, it’s a well designed hotel.

O Le Consulat é tal como apresentado. Hotel de 3,5 estrelas. Eu daria a localização 5 estrelas. Passei 4 noites lá, realmente gostei da pequena piscina à noite. O quarto e o terraço privado no primeiro andar eram limpos e confortáveis. Comi em restaurantes elegantes, além de bares de taco e chope a US $ 2. A área é segura, viajo sozinha, o pessoal é maravilhoso. Eu fico em hotéis boutique sempre que posso. Se você quer luxo, não o encontrará aqui, é pitoresco e confortável. Existem muitas cadeias de hotéis de grande nome na área, vou escolher o Le Consulat.

The Le Consulat is just as presented. 3.5 star hotel. I would give the location 5 stars. I spent 4 nights there, truly enjoyed the small pool in the evening. The room and private terrace on the first floor was clean, and comfortable. I ate at elegant restaurants, as well as $2 taco and draft beer bars. The area is safe, I travel alone, the staff is wonderful. I stay at boutique hotels whenever I am able. If you want luxury, you will not find it here, it's quaint and comfortable. There are many big name chain hotels in the area, I will take Le Consulat.

Agradável e acolhedor, acessível, perto da praia. No geral, tinha tudo o que eu precisava ea equipe foi muito simpática. Os únicos problemas são: sem estacionamento, então você tem que dirigir e procurar um estacionamento que, obviamente, irá cobrar-lhe durante o tempo que você iria ficar lá ea localização. Há apenas um punhado de lugares para visitar e você tem que andar por toda parte. Você teria que dirigir em outro lugar para encontrar um par de pontos bons e divertidos para sair.

Ótima localização, seguro, limpo, ótima piscina, a uma quadra da praia e acima de tudo muito bom atendimento. Genesis, Jose e Jonnathan fizeram de tudo para tornar minha estadia confortável. Obrigado pessoal. Fiquei muito feliz com minha estadia. Eu vou ficar lá quando eu visitar novamente. Dica de estacionamento: há um posto de gasolina Puma a 5 minutos a pé. Há sempre bastante estacionamento na rua nessa área e também seguro.

El hotel se ve bonito por fuera. Las habitaciones son básicas no tan modernas, un poco oscuras. Me hospede 4 noches y 3 noches tuve vecinos con escándalo a la madrugada

The staff is great kind and friendly what you would need at a hotel. They forgot some items in the hotel but quickly helped us out. They have a nice pool but the beach is a block away so didnt use it until my last day. Great location and couldn't be happier with the staff. Thank you!

Great location, safe, clean , nice pool, a block away from beach and above all very good customer service. Genesis, Jose and Jonnathan went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Thank you guys. I was very happy with my stay. I am staying there when i visit again. Parking tip: there's a Puma gas station like 5 minutes walk away. There's always plenty of street parking on that area and safe as well.

Nice and cozy, affordable, close to the beach. Overall it had everything I needed and the staff was really friendly. The only problems are: no parking, so you have to drive and look for a parking lot that obviously will charge you during the time you'd be staying there and the location. There's only a handful of places around to visit and you have to walk everywhere. You'd have to drive somewhere else to find a couple of good and fun spots to hang out.
