“Very rude staff all over (except lovely cleaning staff). We were a big group of friends visiting for a wedding - everyone has the same experience. Generally Rome was a very welcoming city but OMG the staff at the Ponte Sisto was most unhelpful. Always really bad attitude. Not a single smile. Please train your staff!!”
