“We had our hidden (you would have to dig to find) $800 tablet stollen with the charger from our room!! It went missing between 9:45 pm and 2 am Saturday night! When asked housekeeper, front desk and housekeeper manager everyone had no idea? After reading other reviews MANY people have had electronics stolen from their rooms!! We asked the housekeeper who said she did not speak English. Well lucky for me, I speak Spanish and she was quick to dismiss us in a very nervous way. I have stayed in Vegas thousands of times and never had this happen. They said there is nothing they could do such as review cameras in hallways to see who had entered our room or check key pad. This hotel is not secure. The provided safe was not large enough to fit it, therefore hidden out of sight.”

“Older hotel, looks like they are renovating, good location. Checked in turned on the ac went to dinner, came back and found the AC wasn’t working had leaked down the wall on an electrical outlet below the unit and created a large puddle on the carpet floor. When I spoke to the front desk she said “just turn your ac off and put a towel down, we have older ac units and they freeze so you need to thaw them out by turning them off and after awhile it should be good just don’t make it cold, leave it around 70s and it shouldn’t be a problem” The problem is it’s 108’ outside and AC is kind of important here. Just ended up getting another room, checked out at 10:40pm. I didn’t ask for a refund, these guys need it more then I do. I’d give them another try if the customer service was better, would have even paid more for another room with AC 😂 but the front desk employee was more focused on watching her phone and not assisting the guest. There are always problems / issues in life and business, having good customer service and training your employees how to handle situations is what makes customers come back even if there was an issue.”
