“If you enjoy being locked out of your hotel... with all of your belongings inside... in the middle of your reservation (day 2 of 3, randomly without a single call or email)... because they had a “payment issue” aka they lost your credit card info (???) then feel free to stay at this hotel. Anyone who dislikes being treated like a criminal should look elsewhere. I gave it 2 stars because the bed was nice.”
