Este hotel era lindo. As atualizações foram muito bem montadas. Fiquei aqui há vários anos e adoro as novas adições e remodelações. A equipe foi incrível. Estávamos atrasados para o café da manhã e a jovem foi tão legal em nos deixar entrar de qualquer maneira. A equipe da recepção foi muito gentil e prestativa. Eu realmente gostei desta estadia e definitivamente voltarei. Melhor experiência hoteleira. Além disso, a cama me fez dormir como um bebê lol

This hotel was beautiful. The upgrades were put together very nicely. I stayed here several years ago and i love the new additions and remodeling. The staff was amazing. We were running late for breakfast one morning and the young lady was so nice to let us come in anyway. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. I truly enjoyed this stay and will definitely be coming back. Best hotel experience. Also, the bed had me sleeping like a baby lol

Hotel limpo, piscina quente que era bom. A temperatura ambiente era ótima, o café da manhã estava preparado e pronto todas as manhãs. SEM GELO e a água do chuveiro estava fria, a água da piscina estava mais quente. Taxa de estacionamento de US$ 10, que ficamos aqui duas outras vezes e não fomos cobrados antes.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a major ant issue. They were found on the desk, entertainment center and even the beds and pillows. Front desk associate was helpful with moving us to another room but unfortunately had the same issue there as well. We were moved a second time. Highly inconvenient for a family of four. Would've switched hotels completely but it was late at this point and everything else was booked up.

Clean hotel, hot pool that was nice. Room temperature was great, the breakfast was set and ready every morning. NO ICE and the water in the shower was cold, the pool water was warmer. $10 parking fee, which we have stayed here two other times and have not been charged that before.

A equipe da recepção para a equipe de limpeza foram muito simpática e cortês. Reservei 3 quartos e fiquei satisfeito com a limpeza. Localização era perfeita, a uma curta distância de posto de gasolina, restaurantes e farmácias. Fica a 15 a 20 minutos das principais atrações de D.C. Viajei com a família e amigos e definitivamente recomendaria este local para sua viagem.

Este hotel tem ótimos quartos espaçosos, com camas extremamente confortáveis, e eu achei que era maravilhosamente limpo, com espaço muito bem em camadas. Além disso, o gerente de turno foi tão agradável e gentil. Eu realmente apreciei sua atitude positiva e hospitalidade. Posso imaginar que seu trabalho tem desafios. A+ sobre este hotel e equipe!

Staff from front desk to the cleaning crew were very courteous and friendly. I booked 3 rooms and was beyond satisfied with the cleanliness. Location was perfect, within walking distance to gas station,restaurants and pharmacies. It's 15 to 20 minutes from D.C main attractions. I traveled with family and friends and I would definitely recommend this location for your trip.

This hotel has great spacious rooms, with exceedingly comfortable beds, and I found it to be wonderfully clean, with really well layered out space. Plus, the shift manager was so pleasant and kind. I really appreciated his positive attitude and hospitality. I can image his job has it challenges. A+ on this hotel and staff!

Tivemos um quarto muito agradável e espaçoso. Estamos mostrando nosso condomínio à venda e foi ótimo que eles conseguiram acomodar nossos gatos! Tivemos uma estadia confortável e tranquila. We had a very nice, spacious room. We are showing our condo for sale and it was great that they were able to accommodate our cats! We had a comfortable, and restful stay. The young gentleman at the front desk was super professional and attentive. Everything was fresh and clean. I have had a great experience at each Hampton Inn that I've stayed at.

Este hotel superou minhas expectativas. Além da pequena confusão no primeiro dia. Reservei meu quarto no booking.com e recebi um e-mail e mensagem de confirmação do hotel, apenas para a reserva não ser encontrada. O funcionário do check-in foi muito honesto dizendo que isso acontece com bastante frequência. Depois de mais de 4 horas de carro, concordei e acabei de conseguir o quarto através dele, era quase US $ 50 a mais do que eu esperava pagar, mas não queria nenhum problema. Os quartos eram muito limpos à chegada. E meu filho e eu imediatamente nos trocamos para ir à piscina. A área da piscina estava um pouco bagunçada e sem toalhas, mas simplesmente solicitamos algumas da recepção e eles vieram e trouxeram mais. O café da manhã era limitado, mas Rosario é uma senhora tão doce. Ela garante que tudo esteja totalmente abastecido e fique por dentro da limpeza e do café. Sem limpeza, a menos que você solicite, eles não são obrigados a usar máscaras, para que não queiram que a limpeza entre no seu quarto por causa do protocolo covid. Foi bom como estávamos com nossos dois filhos pequenos. Enfim, com certeza recomendaria e voltaria.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Besides the minor mixup on the first day. I reserved my room on booking.com and received a confirmation email and message from the hotel, only for the booking to not be found. The check in clerk was very honest saying that this happens quite often. After a 4+ hour drive I conceded andjust got the room through him it was almost $50 more than I expected to pay but I didn't want any problems. The rooms were very clean upon arrival. And my son and I immediately got changed to go to the pool. Pool area was a little messy and no towels but we simply requested some from the front desk and they came and brought more. Breakfast was limited but Rosario is such a sweet lady. She makes sure everything is fully stocked and stays on top of the cleaning and the coffee. No housekeeping unless you request it they aren't required to wear masks so they don't want the housekeeping coming in your room because of covid protocol. It was fine as we were with our two young children. All in all would definitely recommend and come back.

O serviço foi amigável do jovem que dirige a recepção. Não há problemas. Infelizmente, tivemos azar, e parece que houve um problema com formigas em nosso quarto. No entanto, vi alguns quartos ainda vendendo on-line, então isso era mentira. Espero que não seja assim que o Hilton ou o Hampton Inn como um todo tratam os clientes.Acabamos saindo um dia antes. The service was friendly from the young man running the front desk. No problems there. Sadly we were unlucky, and it seems there was a problem with ants in our room. Only a few at first, but when I had a can of soda out on the table you could see a lot more crawling over it. I told the front desk about it and the one front desk guy was nice about it and mentioned moving rooms as a possibility. Sadly when the manager/shift manager? arrived I was only given a trash bag (remove anything edible for the ants and leave it outside the door), told it was common, that they were booked, and that nothing could be done. Yet I saw some rooms still selling online, so that was a lie. Hopefully this isn't how Hilton or Hampton Inn as a whole treats customers. We just ended up leaving a day early. Being prohibited from eating or drinking anything in the room just wasn't going to work out.

Ficamos neste local durante a nossa viagem a DC e ficamos impressionados com a experiência positiva que tivemos. O gerente, acredito que seu nome era Kevin, foi absolutamente acolhedor e acolhedor em todos os sentidos. Tivemos uma ótima estadia aqui. Os quartos eram perfeitos e nossos filhos adoraram a piscina. Café-da-manhã foi delicioso e definitivamente acima da média quando se trata de café-da-manhã continental. Você realmente não pode vencer este lugar pelo preço, especialmente quando você pode evitar o tráfego em DC enquanto também está a 15 minutos de carro. Had a great stay here. Rooms were perfect and our kids loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious and definitely above average when it comes to continental breakfasts. You really can't beat this place for the price especially when you can avoid the traffic over DC while also being withing a 15 minute drive. We found it was easier to stay outside of the city and just catch a bus in.

We just spent the first week of March 2022 at this hotel and it is a safe neighborhood .This is a really great hotel with very friendly staff and there are plenty of restaurants and other businesses within close proximity. It is also close to Washington DC and the Pentagon . On average it only took us between 10 to 25 minutes to get to downtown Washington depending on traffic or if you prefer there is a bus stop across the street from the hotel . Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and if I'm ever in that area again I will definitely stay there again

We stayed at this location during our trip to DC and were blown away by the positive experience we had. The manager, I believe his name was Kevin, was absolutely welcoming and accommodating in every way. He went out of his way multiple times to personally ensure that every guest was comfortable and had all their needs met. We forgot to pack some supplies and he happily provided a replacement. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had no weird smells. The Continental Breakfast was delicious and plentiful while the eating area was constantly kept clean. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great trip. We have agreed to make this our permanent hotel whenever visiting the area.

Primeira vez que experimentei este hotel, foi uma experiência incrível. O processo de check-in foi perfeito. Amplo de vagas de estacionamento disponíveis ( foi de graça durante a minha estadia, me disseram que às vezes eles cobram). Também são claros em suas instruções. First time to try this hotel, was an amazing experience. The check in process was seamless. Ample of parking spots available ( was for free during my stay, I was told that at times they charge). Also they are clear in their instructions. The room I got was super clean and with a fridge and a microwave.. breakfast was better than what I got in an actual breakfast place with lots of choices. Also they have a pool and a gym. I hope you enjoy your stay like I did.

Este hotel é maravilhoso!Nós viajamos muito e já nos hospedamos em muitos hotéis e este é um dos melhores.A cama era confortável, o quarto espaçoso, a água esquenta, eles têm uma sala de negócios para que você possa imprimir coisas, há café da manhã fornecido, estacionamento gratuito, lanches para comprar no saguão e até mesmo lavanderia para uso dos hóspedes.Ficamos agradavelmente surpresos em cada curva.Eles são um pouco insuficiente, mas nós amamos a nossa estadia aqui!

This hotel is wonderful!We travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is one of the best.The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, the water gets hot, they have a business room so you can print things, there’s breakfast provided, free parking, snacks for purchase in the lobby, and even laundry facilities for guest to use.We were pleasantly surprised at every turn.They are a little understaffed, but we loved our stay here!!

Foi uma estadia muito gratificante. Quartos limpos, uma equipe muito boa. O pessoal da recepção foram sempre gentis e prestativos. A piscina era limpa e eu gostava de ter isso como um bônus para a minha estadia. Os quartos eram confortáveis. O banheiro era muito limpo. O café da manhã gratuito era bom (não espetacular, mas totalmente aceitável). E está convenientemente localizado. Com certeza ficaria lá novamente.

Very good. Have stayed here several times with school trips. Location is close to Washington. Accommodations are good with friendly, helpful staff. Nice complimentary breakfast and nice eating area. An overflow room is close for large group use. Kevin did an excellent job of preparing room keys for our large group. Look forward to staying there again.

It was a very satisfying stay. Clean rooms, very nice staff. The front desk folks were always kind and helpful. The pool was clean and I enjoyed having that as a bonus to my stay. Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. The free breakfast was fine (not spectacular but totally acceptable). And it's conveniently located. Would definitely stay there again.
