Great place to stay! Once again, I stayed here while coming to Frankfurt from Athens to meet my business partners. As I have experienced it last year I was here the staff is always very friendly and welcoming, with a big smile in their face. I must also say that the measures taken due to COVID-19 were very strict and efficient. The cleanliness of the entire hotel, including my room, made me feel very comfortable. During these weird days, you always have this feeling of being surrounded by the virus but somehow during my stay (or better while in the premises of the hotel) I felt like this virus nightmare was over... So, well done to the NH team in Frankfurt for their efficient efforts. I'm certain that I found my "shelter" in Frankfurt!!!

We stayed for 2 nights, our stay was really nice! It is in the center, no need to use the car for the city center as its not even a 2 min walk. The hotel is really nice, modern, clean, and has friendly staff! A special thanks to Mr Abdeslem the restaurant manager his amazing hospitality. He was really friendly and made you feel welcome. Highly recommended! We will for sure book here again.

Nice rooms and polite and helpful staff set in the heart of Frankfurt. Rooms are very good size, we were 2 adults and 1 child. Our double bed was separated by hallway into another room with single bed and couch. Both rooms had televisions which was also a bonus. Breakfast was OK, not much to my taste but a fair choice. We ordered through the hotel website and was much cheaper than through other website. All in all a nice hotel, nice staff and good price. Would return to this hotel if I was to return to Frankfurt.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Friendly staff, clean, amazing shower (wish that I could've taken it home with me) and the bed was comfy too. I'll give it a 5 star rating. However, and this is a big however, please stop giving gloves at breakfast due to pollution. I understand why you guys do it, but stop it! An option would be to put alcohol at the entrance of the restaurant and have everyone rub their hands with it. Also, please let the guests know at check-in that you have to wear a mask to the restaurant. They can take their own mask rather than giving out the disposable ones that are bad for the environment. But the rest of the stay was amazing.

Good: location, aesthetic, brunch, price Bad: no air conditioning, firm mattress, lame gym Overall: very good value Modern aesthetic and great location in Frankfurt’s gayborhood and shopping district. Cute, modern rooms with decent amenities. The mattress was way too firm for me and there is NO air conditioning in the rooms. The room was very warm, which made it harder to sleep. The fitness center was quite small and some of the equipment was broken. The included breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. Overall, this was a pretty good hotel and a very good value.
