Bem decorados, boa localização, os quartos são bem dimensionados para os padrões nórdicos e bálticos. Sendo um hotel Collection, um padrão ligeiramente superior de acessórios, produtos de higiene pessoal, etc. no quarto. As opções de refeições no hotel foram excelentes; o buffet de café-da-manhã foi extenso e de boa qualidade. Tivemos um problema com a parte elétrica em nosso quarto - suspeito de um fusível queimado. A resposta da recepção e manutenção foi rápida e eficiente e tivemos luzes novamente em 20 minutos.Isso teria sido 5 estrelas, exceto: As filas de check-in e check-out eram muito mais longas do que deveriam e o tempo necessário para check-in/out era muito longo. Nem de longe tão eficiente quanto outras propriedades do Radisson em que me hospedei. Garrafa de água no quarto não foi reabastecida no segundo dia. Ligeiramente carente de sustentabilidade; produtos de higiene pessoal estão em garrafinhas de plástico individuais, cápsulas de café são de plástico, etc.

Excellent front desk service! Room was as advertised and well stocked. Spa sauna could've been a bit hotter, but oh well... Overall a very nice stay.

Well appointed, good location, rooms are well sized by Nordic and Baltic standards. Being a Collection hotel, a slightly higher standard of accessories, toiletries, etc. in the room. Dining options in the hotel were excellent; the buffet breakfast was extensive and good quality. We had an issue with the electrics in our room - I suspect a blown fuse. Response from reception and maintenance was quick and efficient and we had lights again within 20 minutes. This would have been 5 stars, except: Check in and check out queues were far longer than they should have been and the time taken for checkin/out was far too long. Nowhere near as efficient as other Radisson properties I have stayed at. Water bottle in the room was not refilled on the second day. Slightly lacking on sustainability; toiletries are in individual little plastic bottles, coffee pods are plastic, etc.

Eu tive uma ótima estadia no Radisson Collection! No geral, o design do hotel era muito limpo e bonito. Os quartos eram grandes e a cama era muito boa! Ótimo café da manhã porque tinha opções à la carte. A equipe também foi muito educada e gentil. A melhor parte absoluta do hotel foi a academia! Era tão limpo e grande o suficiente que as academias de hotel geralmente não são.A única coisa negativa que consigo pensar são os alto-falantes nos banheiros que não eram tão bons, mas tudo bem!

I had a great stay at the Radisson Collection! Overall the design of the hotel was very clean and good looking. The rooms were big and the bed was very nice! Great breakfast because it had A La carte options. The staff was also very polite and kind. The absolute best part of the hotel was the gym! It was so clean and big enough that hotel gyms usually aren’t.The only negative thing that I can think of is the speakers in the toilets that weren’t so good but thats alright!

Visited just after they reopened in May 2022 after renovation. Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Great gym. Did not get a chance to try the spa but might do so the next time I travel there. Breakfast was awesome as well, with both buffet and a la carte. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good renovation of this Radisson but...The renovation of the previous Radisson Blu Sky has led to the creation of this Radisson Collection.Rooms are nice and the staff very helpful.Some points are however not satisfying and I am rather disappointed:- price of the breakfast is rather high (but breakfast is good),- square tables in the breakfast room, that are supposed to fit four people, are just large enough for two. I encourage the management of the hotel to try to have a meal with four people around these tables to test it...,- low quality music can be heard in the whole hotel, including the corridors of the rooms! This is pathetic. Not only it is cheap supermarket music, but it is too loud, particularly in the breakfast room. What is the added value to put Anglo Saxon music in all parts of the hotel? We want to rest in hotels, they are not discotheques,- no visible care of the environment. No organic products in the bathroom and the coffee machines in rooms are using large plastic pods,- bad conception of the bathroom with almost no space for the towel rail, stuck between the wall an the sink,So not exactly what I would expect in 2022 in a new luxury hotel in such a nice country like Estonia.

Overall stay was good except one incident which was embarrassing. At breakfast counter they could not find my name so i had to go back to reception and wait for my name to appear in breakfast area list. This should have been sorted by the lady stading at the breakfast counter and not me.

Stayed here for a conference. The staff did a wonderful job accommodating such a large group. Breakfast was great. The rooftop restaurant has great views of the city. Spa was also nice. I would stay again.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! It's design is quite minimal and not over the top which I like. The staff was friendly and helpful, both on reception & at breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The view was also great! However, there is a little issue regarding the breakfast buffet. The area is quite small and gets overcrowded and it causes big lines to coffee machines. Maybe in the future you could reorganize it in some way. Overall the stay was pleasant and I'd love to come again!

The BEST Radisson Blu Hotel so far. A lovely,modern, big and comfortable room on the 19th floor with a spectacular view of the Old Town, a nice bathroom with a retractable clothesline over the tub, which is very useful. The room is very quiet and the bed is so comfortable.Very central, only about 10 minutes walk to the Old Town through a garden. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional especially the ones at reception , breakfast room and the Lobby Bar. A delicious packed lunch was prepared for us before our early day trip to Helsinki. Breakfast is really good with a very good choice and the pizzas at the Lobby Bar are out of this world. Radisson Sky Blu THANK YOU for such an amazing and incredible stay in your wonderful hotel. Will definitely be back!

Really loved this hotel, perfectly situated. I was on the 16th floor and it offered views of the historic old town from my window. The room was really nice with a well-stocked mini-bar and tea/coffee options. Coming out of my room, one end of the corridor offered views of the modern town while the other end offered views all the way to the port. One downside for me was the water in the shower - it was impossible to regulate the temperature and I had to keep adjusting it everytime I took a shower. I don't normally like hotel food and, at 16€ per head, I considered the breakfast expensive. However, dinner was good and reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly and helpful - front desk, cleaning, bar, restaurant, all of them. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Tallinn. Hopefully, they would have fixed the water problem by then

I stayed in the Radisson Blu for a business trip back in December 2019. I had a wonderful stay. The Business Class room was clean and spacious. Old city center is in walking distance if you don't mind a 10 minute walk. The views from the higher floors and rooftop skybar is amazing. Breakfast hall is large and the buffet offers enough to choose from.

Based on the reviews, my expectations were reasonable. Unfortunately this hotel did not face my standards. I would give this hotel 2-3 stars, therefore we are planning to leave this hotel 2 nights in advance and change to Swissotel.- AC is terribly bad - Breakfast isn't any good - A tiny bed for toddlers - The room has seen its best days so to say - The room clining hasn't visited until 2 p.m. And came only around 3 p.m. After my husband had complained about it - just when I had put my child for a nap.So definitely not coming back to this hotel unfortunately.

The rooftop terrace had incredibly panoramic views of the Old Town and the sea. The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk to the Old Town. Our room no. 1813 was perfect and connected to my parents’ room no. 1815. The king bed was big, luscious and comfy. The room was clean and cozy. As requested, the hotel provided a baby's crib, which was a huge convenience when traveling with babies.The views from each of our rooms and the window at the end of the hallway were spectacular. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with plentiful options. We had a splendid stay at this hotel.

Mala experiencia en dicho hotel. Al llegar, debiamos utilizar el ascensor q previamente nos fue designado (con un número en la tarjeta de la habitación). Al querer dirigirnos a la habitación...me encontraba acompañada de mi esposo....dos personas,( según nos dijeron después, ) uno era el dueño del Edificio y el otro su "secretario, ( el hotel alquila una parte de dicho edificio) de muy mala manera y con total falta de Educación, No nos permitieron utilizarlo xq CUANDO ÉLLO OCUPA, NO LO PERMITE..... Mi pregunta es ¿ CÓMOUN HUÉSPED Q LLEGA ALOJARSE RECIÉN Y A PAGADO PARA ELLO, PUEDE SABER.... Q esa "persona" es el dueño del edificio???????????? ( mal educado, soberbio y por lo tanto Muy Mala Nota Para dicho Hotel.....

Está muy cerca del casco histórico, al que se llega andando en 8 o 10 minutos (si no te distraes en el centro comercial Viru Kesku).Moderno, limpio y con excelentes vistas; en mi caso al casco antiguo. Buen desayuno buffet. Un bar en la última planta ofrece unas impresionantes vistas y dispone de terraza para los días de buen tiempo.Se puede usar el gym y la sauna. Cama amplia y habitación espaciosa.Recomendable.
