“This was me and my boyfriend's first time staying on property. It was a great experience from beginning to end of our stay. Really love the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. It was great to have free shuttle to the theme parks. Will definitely return to dockside inn and suites.”

“Great hotel and staff. Family suite was big enough for our family. Loved the picnic table and mini fridge. Hotel did a great job with social distancing and the staff was very friendly. Bus rides to the parks were great and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus to arrive. If your questioning keeping your vacation plans... DO IT!!! Universal did not disappoint! The extra hour to the parks is well worth it! We will be back!”
