Fiquei hospedada de 03 a 10 de março e fiquei encantada com a hospedagem, quarto limpo, piscina impecavel, funcionarios super atenciosos, estacionamento, wi fi perfeito. Super recomendado!!!

Spacious, but very smelly room. When we entered our room, our first thought was - maybe someone has died there? Thanks god, after turning on A/C on full force, smell disappeared or we have adopted to it. Hotel has a lovely small patio inside the territory with few activities for kids - various swings and sand box. Pool was really nice and big, but I was surprised, that I was heavily bitten by mosquitoes when I went out from the pool. After laying 10 minutes on sunbed, I was bitten 12 times!!! Mosquitoes (especially on evenings) are a real problem near the pool. Although the staff stated that pool is working until 10 PM, every evening you could take a swin until 11 PM without any problems. Here is a bar on one side of the pool, but it's hard and non-convenient to use it, because of missing menu's. They are providing QR codes to get menu's, so you must take your mobile phone if you want to check prices and availabilities, what bar could offer. Location is not good. There isn't too much what to do outside the hotel - all bars, activities, supermarkets, parks and nightlife are at least 15 minutes away on foot. It's a very quiet area and there is nothing to do at all. No music channels on the TV in the room. No refrigerator in the room to keep drinks and water cool. Free shuttle is useless, because it's hard to use it - it runs only few time per day and in very awkward times. Internet connection was fast and stable. Staff in the reception could be nicer and more helpful, because when we came to ask something, it felt, that they want to get rid of us as soon, as possible. Also they worked super sloooooow. And they didn't cared, that queue at the front desk was getting longer and longer only because of their slowness.

Rooms are very clean, bright, and a good size. Overall the facilities (hallways, lobby, gym, business center, pool area etc) are so clean and you can tell they put good effort into maintaining it. Nice to have a decent sized gym to work out in and the business center is also spacious. The pool is big and has a nice bar. Overall a great value for the money. Check on booking because the price that we saw in the lobby was more than double what we paid on booking.

No centro, bem arrumado e com fácil acesso a vários pontos. O quarto surpreendeu por ser bem confortável. Escolhemos este hotel para os dias em que fizemos os passeios a Tulun, Chichen Itza e Islã Mujeres. Depois mudamos pra um Al Inclusive.

Bastante bien, céntrico, de fácil accesos. Personal súper amable, cuenta con room service. Hay locales en el lobby de artesanías, comida y también un bar. Cuenta con piscina, gimnasio y varias opciones de turismo. También transporte a la playa. De los mejores en relación calidad-precio

El personal es muy amable, la atención es buena, siempre están pendientes de que tu estancia sea agradable. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero muy bonitas y nada deteriorada. La alberca es grande y las bebidas muy ricas, el desayuno super variado y delicioso.

El servicio es muy lento en la recepción. 50 minutos para que nos dieran la habitación. Según fallaba su sistema y al parecer tampoco tienen control sobre el alcohol con los huéspedes, un señor extranjero alcoholizado estuvo faltando al respeto con ganas de destrozar a alguien en la recepción, sólo porque el servicio de limpieza no limpió el desastre que él mismo había hecho, aunque debo admitir y comentar que las sábanas de la habitación que nos tocó no estaban bien lavadas y se veían sucias. Tampoco tienen letreros de silencio en ciertas horas de la madrugada sobre los pasillos. Hubieron huéspedes yendo y viniendo como si estuvieran en su casa haciendo escándalo despertandonos muy temprano en la mañana cuando uno quería descansar llegando de viaje y nadie del personal les dijo nada. El desayuno no está mal pero tampoco hay muchas opciones. La verdad no valió la pena el precio por noche teniendo una noche así de terrible, además de caro, deficiente.

Que lygar mas hermoso! Definitivamente maravilloso fue llegar al lugar, todo el servicio, atenciones y el lugar muy bonito, mucha limpieza, los muebles en ezcelente estado cada espacio decorado muy lindo, obviame.te regresaremos pues en absoluto todo estuvo maravilloso! Quebalberca mas linda y grqnde y limpia! Nos fuimos muy felices.

Un magnifico hotel, lo recomiendo ampliamente, una estancia muy agradable, higiene, servicio, bellas instalaciones, jardines amplios, en el área de la alberca un. 10, Restaurante 10. Todos los empleados muy profesionales.

We stayed in Adhara from a cancelled flight from Aeromexico on Jan 2022. The room smells like old and closed for long time. There are mosquitoes everywhere, even in the room. Not recommended at all.

Clean. Friendly, responsive staff. Reasonable prices. Close to downtown area with a more Mexican-authentic experience. We rented a car to get to places in Cancun and in the area.

Stayed here after being delayed at the airport. Staff and food were unsatisfactory at best. The food was a joke so I took my chances with street food. Open doors to the random alleys showed lack of security.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this amazingly beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was very nicely presented and clean as was the hotel itself. I absolutely loved the pool and the pool bar. Everytime I returned from an outing I would go to the pool bar to enjoy some delicious drinks, food and a swim in the pool. They also have happy hour 2 for 1 for some drinks from 8 pm to 9.30 pm. A short walk to the Mexican marketplace where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and fruit smoothie at a very reasonable price. Also shopped there for my souvenirs, leather hats, leather sandals and bags. I highly recommend this awesome hotel.

Lugar lindo, recepção ótima!

Muy limpio, sus habitaciones amplias y muy buen colchón y almohadas su alberca excelente aunque el precio un poco elevado y las 20 veces mínimo que me e hospedado ahí desde que era Radisson muy mala atención de la recepción con muy mala información de mi reserva(siempre la pago anticipado y en el hotel me dicen que no está pagada) y un poco groseros los recepcionistas. Lástima porque es un excelente hotel.

Excelente hotel a un precio muy accesible. La tarifa por habitación doble es de $1280 por noche. Los desayunos tienen buena variedad incluyendo su bufet. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y con todo lo necesario para descansar. Por su buena ubicación, la zona de bares y hoteles de la costa queda a 15 minutos en auto, o bien, cerca se encuentra la avenida donde pasa el transporte público que tiene un costo de $12 y puedes visitar las playas, tales como playa tortuga o delfines.

I highly recommend this hotel.It is super clean.The whole staff are awesome and make you fill vary welcome.The breakfast is also great.I can not say enough great things about here.It is one of they best hotels I have ever stayed at.
