Ideal para ficar com a família e conhecer Barcelona, ​​também fica a cinco minutos da estação de Sants e de uma Mercadona. Tivemos um problema e eles resolveram para nós de forma muito rápida e profissional.

Fique longe deles! Primeiro mudaram de quarto alguns dias antes da nossa chegada e tivemos de nos mudar para outro apartamento, que fica mais perto do parque de estacionamento, que no início era bom. Mas precisamos pegar as chaves com um código em uma caixa no antigo apartamento. Sem problemas, peguei o cartão-chave e entramos no corredor. Mas não recebemos a chave do apartamento em si. Era sexta-feira à noite e não conseguíamos entrar em contato com ninguém por telefone. Até os vizinhos demonstraram simpatia e se ofereceram para usar o banheiro. Depois de mais da metade do nosso alguém atendeu o telefone, eles tentaram organizar a chave e tivemos que ligar várias vezes até termos a declaração final, que alguém está a caminho. Depois de quase 3 horas no corredor, alguém apareceu. Perdemos a noite inteira em Barcelona !! A cozinha do apartamento é uma piada, é melhor comer fora. O apartamento não era como mostrado nas fotos, nada confortável. Chuveiro não tinha porta, o banheiro inteiro estava inundado e há muito mofo na porta - nojento. Na verdade, queríamos ver futebol, mas a TV não estava funcionando de jeito nenhum. Depois da estada, pedi ao escritório qualquer indenização pela primeira noite e eles disseram que eu não teria que pagar taxas de cerca de 30 euros. Mas eu já paguei os impostos adiantado e tive que provar (muito pouco profissional). O escritório prometeu obter um reembolso e após 2 meses sem resposta, eu pedi novamente qualquer compensação e o gerente disse que não faria qualquer reembolso parcial (embora nunca tenhamos falado em reembolso parcial).FIQUE LONGE DELES: banheiro nojento, apartamento desconfortável, equipamento de cozinha ruim (por exemplo, sem toalha para secar a louça, ...), pior organização (falta a chave) e nenhuma comunicação orientada para o cliente sobre qualquer compensação. Não se deixe enganar pelo preço baixo ...

Positivo: Muito boa localização perto da estação Sants. Grande quintal. Perfeito para 4-5 pessoas. Colchões confortáveis.Negativo: A limpeza deixa a desejar. A veneziana da sala está quebrada, o que torna desconfortável para quem dorme ali. No momento do check-out, não foi possível entrar em contato com quem geria os apartamentos. Eles tinham nos garantido que poderíamos deixar nossas malas a partir das 11 horas que tínhamos que deixar o apartamento até o nosso trem partir, mas não foi assim. Fizeram-nos ir para o número 140 da mesma rua e nunca podíamos falar com ninguém. Pobre cuidado.

Positivo: Muy buena localización cerca de la estación de Sants. Patio grande. Perfecto para 4-5 personas. Colchones cómodos.Negativo: La limpieza deja que desear. La persiana del salón está rota, por lo que es incómodo para quien duerme ahí. A la hora de hacer el check- out era imposible contactar con quién gestionaba los apartamentos. Nos habían asegurado que podíamos dejar las maletas desde las 11 que había que dejar el piso hasta que saliera nuestro tren, pero no fue así. Nos hicieron ir al número 140 de la misma calle y nunca pudimos hablar con nadie. Atención deficiente.

Stay away from them! First they changed the room a few days before our arrival and we had to move to another apartment, which is nearer to the car park, which was at first nice. But we need to pick up the keys with a code in a box at the former apartment. No problem, I got the keycard and we got into the hallway. But we didn't receive the key for the apartment itself. It was friday evening and we couldn't reach anyone by phone. Even the neighbours had sympathy and offer to use their toilet. After over half an our someone picked up the phone, they tried to organize the key and we had to call several times until we got the final statement, that someone is on his way. After almost 3 hours in the hallway someone came. We lost the whole evening in Barcelona!! The apartment's kitchen is a joke, better eat outside. The apartment was not as shown in the pictures, not comfortable at all. Shower had no door, whole bathroom was flooded and there is plenty of mould at the door - disgusting. Actually we wanted to watch soccer, but the TV was not working at all. After the stay I asked the office for any compensation for the first evening and they said I don't have to pay the taxes of round about 30 Euros. But I've already paid the taxes in advance and had to prove it (very unprofessional). The office promised to get a refund and after 2 month of no answer, I asked again for any compensation and the manager said, that he won't give any partial refund (although we never talked about a partial refund). STAY AWAY FROM THEM: disgusting bathroom, uncomfortable apartment, bad kitchen equipment (for example no towel for drying the dishes, ...), worst organisation (key were missing) and no client-oriented communication concerning any compensation. Don't get fooled by the low price...

O apartamento está bem, mas muitas coisas para melhorar. Muito barulho dos vizinhos, das portas, da rua ... E muita sujeira, também não deixam pá de lixo ou esfregão.

El apartamento está bien, pero muchas cosas a mejorar. Mucho ruido de vecinos, puertas, calle... Y bastante suciedad, además no te dejan ni recogedor, ni fregona.

Horrible.. rain drops inside the building (actually not only drops.. it was pouring.. 🤦🏻‍♀️), smell of smoke comes into the whole house every single day, not a good condition and expensive, you can hear when the next door guests talk.. and they had a crazy party until 3am when I was staying here (no sound proof at all) I will never come back here again, I don't want to recommend this place..

FIQUE LONGE DELES! Não recomendo alugar um apartamento lá. Primeiro, eles nos disseram que os 2 quartos que alugamos estavam prontos às 11h, eles mudaram para 11h30. No final, tivemos que esperar 3 da tarde para conseguir um do apartamento. Em segundo lugar, os apartamentos não são tão bonitos como nas fotos. Terceiro, o gerente nos contou que um dos vizinhos que mora no prédio em frente ao nosso reclamou do barulho. Para eles, foi um bom motivo para não nos devolverem a caução de 300 euros. Em qualquer caso, este não é um motivo válido para manter o depósito. Eles são ladrões e provavelmente não somos os primeiros a ser roubados por eles. Tome cuidado!!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I do not recommend to rent an apartment there. First, they told us that the 2 rooms that we rented were ready at 11am, they changed to 11:30. In the end we had to wait 3pm to get one of the apartment. Second, the apartments are not as nice as on the pictures. Third, the manager told us that one of the neighbors living in the building in front of ours, complained about the noise. For them it was a good reason to not give us back the deposit of 300 euros. In any case, this is not a valid reason to keep the deposit. They are robbers and we are probably not the first one to get robbed by them. Be careful!!

Son unos ladrones! Estafadores! Te quitan la fianza sin explicación... 500 euros en mi caso por SEGUN limpieza y el apartamento lo he dejado impecable para que no me descontaran algo de la fianza y lo he cuidado como una casa mia!!!

Excelente empresa de alojamiento. Trato humano y cálido. Departamentos equipados, cómodos y limpieza sobresaliente. 100% recomendable.

Una experiencia fantástica. Ha sido increíble el trato recibido tanto con el personal de oficina como con el chico que nos atendió y nos instaló. Muy amables y siempre buscando soluciones para el cliente. En cuanto a los pisos, pues la verdad que me impresionaron, todo muy limpio, muy funcional y sobre todo muy bonito y acogedor. Cuando vuelva a Barcelona, tengo clarísimo donde quedarme. Muchas gracias por todo AinB...

Una muy agradable experiencia la de alquilar una vivienda en la misma calle D'Entenca para un finde a esta entidad. El trato personal correctísimo y amable. El interior de la vivienda, inmejorable, con lo justo y adecuado para el uso del mismo, al menos para cuatro personas, pero todo higienizado, limpio y funcionando los elementos de la casa (termo, cocina, ducha, etc) perfectamente. Muy bien situado. La cama extraordinaria. Muy satisfechos

A great place to stay, clean and very easily accessible, by subway buss and close to the Sants train station, especially for the AVE fast speed train's.

Es un departamento amplio, muy bien decorado y muy limpio, a unas cuadras de una estación de metro y con varios lugares para comer o comprar cosas cerca. La recamara es amplia y tiene sala comedor con terraza, cocina con lo necesario y un baño, todo muy bien cuidado. Además tienes una persona en recepción para cualquier cosa.

One of the bedrooms in the 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor is very very small. Also apartment has only one bathroom/toilet. Living room is decent size though.

Good hotel. Very clean. Close to several metro stations and buses. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed. Overall good experience.

We came in the high season so hotel prices were outrageous. We booked this place outside the city center and we are so happy. We had a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Plenty of room for all of us and our suitcases. Grocery nearby and laundromat downstairs. More residential than Touristy so we lived like locals. Moro park was nearby for the kids to play. Excellent value, clean, good WiFi, full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and household amenities. Excellent value. There’s a lift to help with heavy luggage. Staff is so nice and let us store bags while we were on our cruise. Only downside. There were ants that were all over the front room.

Very strategic location, less than 10 mins walk to nearest Metro station (Espany Station). Rooms of the apartment are clean and good size. The checkin receptionist is efficient and helpful though the counter is located further down the road.

We use this for groups and have had a great experience, great concierge. The competition must be leaving the bed bug comments because we've done very detailed checks and never found anything, very clean, nice neighborhood, great place to connect to the metro etc. Great location and good value.

We stayed at the Miro apartment in the heart of the Eixample, close to transportation, the main train station, supermarkets, restaurant, the Arenas Shopping mall... eveything. The apartment was clean...

The AinB apartment that we stayed in at was really well maintained and also well situated. The metro was a short walk away and plenty of eating options right outside the apartment, including number...

Having been sucked in by the pictures and location was disappointed to find our apartment to be tired, worn out and lacking in the basics. The ‘leather’ in the sofa was worn and peeling even more so...
