“The rooms are not clean there are marks on the mirror, hairs pretty much everywhere marks and hairs on the toilet... the staff is friendly but helpless I was the only one at the bar I had to wait 10 minutes for one glass of wine because the guy at the bar had to wait his boss to show him how to pour wine in the glass. Look like no one knows how to run hotel or bar! Good location for the airport”

“If you have nowhere to go it's better than a tent. :) The fridge was not working and the light in the bathroom was hardly strong enough to provide enough to feel comfortable. For some reason the operator decided to put the cups and glasses on the shelf next to the toilet, which is quite unhygienic. The parking was not renovated for at least 30 years with asphalt lumps laying around. We didn't even wanted to see the pool or go to the restaurant. Who ever designed the building had no idea. It is kind of monster. I believe it is time for redevelopment as a renovation wouldn't achieve much. Not really happy. The people working there are trying it, but it is a bit of gone under. I agree the weather and the floods did their part as well, but I hardly believe in ideal world it will become my favourite place. On the other hand it is close to the airport, but noisy because of the highway. The new building design should incorporate some acoustic solutions and probably multistorey concept to avoid flooding. Thinking about it probably the civil design should take into account the global environmental changes. As stated in the title, much better than a tent.”

Stayed for one night before a flight. Not the cleanest hotel, and appears quite run down. In my room, the shower didn't drain well and pooled at the bottom during the shower. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport. This hotel is the last stop so it takes about 30 minutes as the bus stops at all other hotels along the way. The hotel was fine for one night, but I'd probably find a closer, cleaner hotel next time even if it costs a few bucks more. No issues with the staff, they were kind.

Good location and I'd say the first impression was good the guy at the reception was friendly and helpful but the room...disgusting!!! Hairs all over the bed and the floor, the bath room hasn't be cleaned properly still pee on the bowl! Seems like no one has done the cleaning properly! Poor management at the restaurant one of the employee took ages just for serving wedges and wine glasses thr res wasnt even busy! he might be a beginner but he didn't speak English it was hard to communicate for a simple order. He had to call his supervisor for anything.

First of all you can't lock your door from inside, secondly there was no body wash and the bottle was empty, thirdly when I was making coffee in the morning all the milk was rotten, no spare towels, no hand towel or paper towels, no extra pillows no iron to iron your clothes the remote for the air-conditioning should be under the air con but was placed in other side of the wall this was our bad experience will never ever book to stay here again. NO RECOMMENDATIONS.
