“Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff were genuinely helpful but not overbearing. We were able to stay until 6 the following day, so nice to be able to come back and relax after exploring Sharjah without having to stress. The room was very comfortable and quiet, snacks were replenished while we were out even though we were checking out that day. Pool was a good temperature and very relaxing with water and tea brought over without even asking. Breakfast was a la carte and very good. They offered western, Asian and local options with the option of trying different dishes. Location was excellent with several interesting museums on the same block. My understanding is the biennale happens nearby so numerous ongoing exhibits were also close. Thank you for everything, we truly felt at home!”

“This hotel is the greatest for my life. I am so happy to stay here. 1. Great staffs, all staffs are very nice and have hospitality. When I looked around in this hotel, they said hello and start guiding everywhere. 2. Great services, in refrigerator drinks are free. And any sweets are free. It was surprising service for us. I went out from room, always cleaned up and made up room. 3. Great pool, pool and spa are so nice. Staffs served us detox water and ice candy. Of cause it is very clean. 4. Great restaurants, for breakfast I used international restaurant. For dinner I used Arabian restaurant. As the result, they are so nice! Especially Arabian restaurant, my favorite food is Tajin chicken. Delicious! 5. Special hospitality, when I told a staff about flight time, a staff changed check out time 12:00 to 6:00 pm. I was speechless and amazing. I had never received that service. I appreciate him ... Totally, I did the best experience in this Hotel. The review is absolutely 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!”
