Parabéns por todo o serviço, Os quartos são muito bons e sempre limpinhos, o SPA é altamente!!! Especialmente aos motoristas Sr Emílio e o Sr Horácio que foram impecáveis, sempre preocupados e super prestáveis!!! A quem devemos o mais sentido obrigada. Único senão é mesmo a net que não existe nos quartos!!! Mas mal menor... um grande beaja Para o ano haverá mais certamente

Grande escolha para férias em família ou amigos. Estacionamento coberto gratuito, bom buffet e quartos renovados. Piscina, sauna e banho turco com ginásio, padel e squash.

Com boas instalações mas o estacionamento disponivel pode ser pouco para alturas de maior procura. A comida não é muito variada mas é de boa qualidade. Já das sobremesas não se pode dizer o mesmo 😞

Muito bom e económico a piscina é brutal assim como o SPA. Empregados super simpáticos principalmente os da recepção. O apartamento para 4 pessoas é muito pequeno é o único aspecto negativo.

Ideal para férias em família! Local tranquilo, limpo e organizado. Super confortável e com decoração moderna. Os buffets são agradáveis. Instalações das piscinas, ginásio etc, fantásticas! Boa localização e com estacionamento.

Hotel com uma belíssima estrutura. Ideal para curtir o inverno em um clima muito aconchegante. Quarto agradável... e piscina aquecida com uma parede de vidro que permite uma vista linda do cenário coberto de neve. Meu filho adorou.

Damos 5 estrelas, devido ao excelente serviço do hotel, respetivos funcionários e equipa de limpeza. Na semana em que eu e a minha família estivemos no hotel (17/12 - 23/12) fomos muito bem atendidos por vários funcionários, querendo destacar: Joan Guitart (recepção) , Yamile e Alexis (restauração). Obrigado e a aconselho a toda a gente.

¡Todo genial! Lo hemos pasado súper bien, los trabajadores son muy educados y eficientes. El aparta hotel es perfecto, ni muy pequeño ni muy grande. La única pega es con el servicio de limpieza, estuvimos casi una semana y no pasaron ni una vez con la excusa de “tenemos mas habitaciones”, un día vinieron a limpiar (después de llamar dos veces) y no nos cambiaron ni las sábanas del sofá cama, entiendo que esto ocurrió por falta de personal. Por lo demás todo perfecto. Repetiremos.

The hotel is actually very nice, and with years it got better. Very nice place for a family stay. Located very close to Pal-Arinsal, though to Grandvalira you need a 10-20min ride (Encamp-Tarter, for example). Rooms in aparthotel have been renovated. Staff are really friendly and helpful!

En todo sobresaliente. Nos alojamos en un apartamento con buenas vistas, con lo necesario para cocinar un poco. Acogedor, buenas camas, nada de ruido. El trato del personal excelente, tanto en el restaurante como en recepción y en el spa. Es un complejo muy agradable.

Era la primera vez que íbamos y la experiencia ha sido de 10!Apartahotel muy agradable, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Gran capacidad de armarios, la cocina bien equipada y la cama y el sofá cama muy cómodos.Los niños estuvieron muy agusto. Mi marido probó el gimnasio y le encantó. Instalaciones limpias, máquinas muy nuevas y agradable.Nos quedamos con las ganas de probar el SPA, el parque para los niños y el restaurante. Volveremos seguro!!!

La parte del Apartahotel, no la recomiendo para nada. Apartamentos muy viejos, bañeras las cuales se le cae la pintura, racholas de la pared rotas… Les hace falta una buena reforma. El apartahotel que nosotros tuvimos, la cocina es digna de una cocinita para niños, es ridículamente pequeña. Siendo sinceros, para mi personalmente lo que mas me ha gustado es el gimnasio ( por eso decidí hospedarme aquí para no dejar de entrenar en vacaciones) por lo demás… Tienen que darle una buena reforma. No volveremos a repetir.

No hemos tenido una buena experiencia. 135 euros/noche: el Spa cerrado y para rematar, por una avería nos hemos quedado sin agua caliente ni calefacción. Experiencia inolvidable ducharse en noviembre, en Andorra, con agua fría. Ni disculpas, ni descuentos. No volveremos.

La limpieza escasa. Había migas en el suelo y pelos en el baño y la cama. Dicen que cambian las sábanas cada dos días pero no es cierto. Teníamos que coger tres ascensores hasta el spa...con lo que supone. Por otra parte esta situado en un enclave mágico. No se oye nada.

Muy recomendable, instalaciones deportivas inmejorables y spa muy completo. La habitaciones decorada con muy buen gusto. Como áreas de mejoras sería mejorar áreas de juegos de niños, instalar un billar y ampliación zona de comedor(ya que es muy reducida y poca visibilidad del maravilloso entorno. Sin duda repetiremos.

Hotel bonito sobretodo por la ubicación que tiene con vistas a las montañas, el hotel está dividido en dos partes, una están los apartamentos con cocina y la zona de la piscina y en la otra parte está el edificio de las habitaciones de hotel y también el restaurante , tienes que cruzar la calle y coger un ascensor para ir a desayunar y cenar si estás en los apartamentos, o ir andando. Reservamos con bastante tiempo y cuando vimos la habitación q nos habían asignado no nos gustó las vistas que tenía , no eran muy bonitas Se veíala parte de atrás , las escaleras de emergencia y no era agradable pedimos si nos podían dar otra y nos enseñan otra que era peor aún, abrías el ventanal grande y resulta que veías un campo de pádel o tenis pegado a tu ventana y estaban jugando . Fue una decepción por q otras habitaciones si q tenías vistas bonitas . La zona de piscina es chulisima pero bastante cara tomarte algo allí . La calidad de la comida muy normal.

Excellent summer resort! Outstanding facilities, great food and a sun/pool deck to relax after a lot of sport/hiking activities. Highly recommended !!

Nice Hotel but no service from the restaurant who were happy to let my kids go hungry. Bad points: Your kids might starve and you have to manage other guests behaviour. 1. Lunch only available 1pm to 3.30pm then closed until 8pm when opens again for dinner. Not great for young kids. 2. On the last day we stopped at the sports bar for food at 12.00 and were told drinks only until 1pm, so we ordered drinks and waited one hour, explaining to our kids they could eat in an hour. We then requested a cheese and ham sandwich, which our kids had on the first day (although there was no menu for this). The menu was given to us in Spanish and Catalan and we were just told “ No English”. I asked for a sandwich for the kids and was told “menu only” before the waitress walked off. I found a waiter who spoke English who told me we had to order from the menu (Mexican food or fish only) he said no sandwiches whilst kitchen is open. However the same waiter also did not let us order a sandwich for the kids whilst kitchen was closed, so I was a bit confused. I was repeatedly declined ordering and sandwich for my kids lunch. My kids were upset and we ended up getting a 3 hour taxi back to the airport hungry. Terrible service from a waiter and waitress who did not care and made us feel very unwelcome. The restaurant was very quiet at the time, so complete lack of care and effort rather then too busy. 3. Nowhere to get bottled water - hotel could invest in some vending machines or sell bottled water as there are no shops nearby. 4. On the second night the room above me kicked off and were screaming and throwing furniture throughout the night. I called reception who did not send on staff members to defuse the situation. Very little sleep for us to that night. The next day I requested to change rooms but none others available. This left me with no choice but to speak to the room above myself and using my best French explain why their behaviour was unacceptable. Good points: Nice hotel, beautiful views, free mini bus to ski sites (although limited availability) and friendly driver, excellent ski equipment hire shop right next to the hotel with very reasonable prices. There were some good points and most of the hotel staff were friendly and willing to help as much as possible. However, I would not return due to the stress of not being able to feed my family or get hold of bottled water.

We chose the hotel for the Spa... And the Spa was terrible. The pool to relax is together with the pool for swimming, hence the water is super cold; The sauna/jacuzzi only fits 4-6 ppl (in time of covid restirctions, only two) hence we couldn't even get it. Parking costs an extra 18 euros a day. WIFI was incredibly slow, barely worked. And the bed matrace was the worst

We are currently staying in the hotel. It’s sad we have only 2 more nights left as my family and in-laws are enjoying our stay. Everything from the staff, rooms, spa facilities , parking, gym and food are 5 stars!! My children love the pool , food and the various soft play areas. Some facilities are a bit of a trek (depending on where you are staying in the hotel I guess) but it’s acceptable as the hotel is built on a hillside which is the natural landscape of Andorra. I though the fee of €11 for booking the tennis court an hour as a guest was a bit steep considering we were already guest but we are happy the spa facilities and pool was free. The breakfast and dinner was varied and I don’t think a single main course was repeated... all the dishes were tasty and we would definitely praise the chef. We got tables easily during the busy hours with no hassle. The location is also ideal.. 7 minutes from Andorra la Vella and similar time to the gondola in La Massana. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again if we come to ski in Andorra.

We loved our stay here over spring break! The staff spoke pretty good English and were very ready to assist with our questions about the local ski spots! They have a very decent breakfast buffet that was also affordably priced. We are a family of five and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant over the sports bar has good food and excellent service as well. Just don't forget your swim cap and flip-flops for the pool!

Great stay during a work trip.Stayed in the Anyos Park hotel for little under a week during a work trip to Andorra in Summer 2016. Arrived late in the night and after a confusing moment finding the hotel, I was welcomed with open arms! Hotel and rooms were both clean and spacious. I had a top floor room with nice views over the valley. Even during the summer months there is plenty of visitor and was well packed. Breakfast was not much to write home about but served a purpose, but dinner was on another level. A serious buffet spread to fit any Kings banquet! You can seriously over indulge and be left sore bellied as you roll back to your room. Staff seemed friendly but struggled with my bad translations as most only speak Catalan. Overall great stay and would love to return in Winter!
