Lugar muito bonito e tudo sempre limpo e arrumado. A vista do belo lago com céu claro e o som do riacho. Há também animais como alpacas e lhamas. Também muito perto estão algumas águas que vêm da colina com uma temperatura de até 40 graus muito relaxante.

Bela localização no rio e adorável big, especialmente amei o enorme banheira! Há fontes termais ao ar livre apenas ao lado (entrada 6sol), que são tão bem-vindos depois de um dia andando no canyon. Almoço e jantar foram nice e o serviço foi muito simpática. Eles até se deram ao trabalho de trazer um bolo com uma vela para o meu aniversário! A piscina interna gelada e o café da manhã deixam este lugar um pouco, mas não me deixam recomendá-lo.

Lugar incrível! Vale a estrada de acesso assustador. Você desce em um lindo oásis. A comida no restaurante é excelente. Alpacas bebê vagar por aí. Simplesmente respiração tendo local.

Estávamos em Pueblito Encantado há uma semana, é um hotel realmente encantador, muito verde, ao lado de Del Río e com atenção A1! Participamos da classe super atenciosa e divertida do pisco sour el Barman. Nosso filho participou da oficina de biscoitos e também maravilhoso! Oferece opções de entretenimento que permitem que você fique no hotel sem medo de ficar entediado. A comida do restaurante também é muito boa. A capela do hotel estava em reforma, espero que esteja pronta em breve. Eu não coloquei 5 estrelas porque sinto que eles poderiam melhorar o caminho para o hotel, é uma trilha que poderia estar em melhores condições.

Estuvimos en el Pueblito Encantado hace una semana, es un hotel realmente encantador, mucho verde, al costado Del Río y con atención A1! Participamos de la clase de pisco sour el Barman súper atento y entretenido. Nuestro hijo participó del taller de galletas y también maravilloso! Ofrece opciones de entretenimiento que permiten que puedas permanecer en el hotel sin temor a aburrirse. La comida del restaurante también bastante buena. La capilla del hotel estaba en remodelación, espero que este pronto lista. No pongo 5 estrellas porque siento que podrían mejorar la ruta de acceso hasta el hotel, es una trocha que podría estar en mejor estado.

We were in Pueblito Encantado a week ago, it is a really charming hotel, a lot of green, next to Del Río and with A1 attention! We participate in the pisco sour el Barman super attentive and entertaining class. Our son participated in the cookie workshop and also wonderful! It offers entertainment options that allow you to stay in the hotel without fear of being bored. The restaurant food also quite good. The hotel chapel was under renovation, I hope it is ready soon. I do not put 5 stars because I feel that they could improve the path to the hotel, it is a trail that could be in better condition.

Muy bello lugar y todo siempre ordenado y limpio. La vista del lago hermosa con el cielo claro y el sonido delriachuelo. Tambien hay animales como alpacas y llamas. Ademas muy cerca están unas aguas que provienen del cerro con una temperatura de hasta 40grados muy relajante.

Very beautiful place and everything always neat and clean. The view of the beautiful lake with clear sky and the sound of the brook. There are also animals such as alpacas and llamas. Also very close are some waters that come from the hill with a temperature of up to 40 degrees very relaxing.

We had a great time. The food at the Molino restaurant was delicious and the UNNO SPA outstanding, I recommend the muña oil for the high altitude headache. It took away my headache. Great staff (especially Milagros) and very friendly.

Beautiful location on the river and lovely big rooms, especially loved the massive bath tub! There are outdoor hot springs just next-door (6sol entrance) which are so welcome after a day walking about in the canyon. Lunch and dinner were nice and the service was very friendly. They even went to the trouble of bringing out a cake with a candle for my birthday! The freezing indoor pool and breakfast let this place down a bit but wouldn’t put me off recommending it.

Amazing place! Well worth the scary access road. You descend into a beautiful oasis. Food at the restaurant is excellent. Baby alpacas wander about. Simply breath taking location.
