“My wife and I wanted to have a late dinner as most food places in the area closed so we tried the restaurant at hotel Aranzazu. The restaurant was almost empty. We and a family of four were the only ones at the restaurant but nothing was open so we stayed.
The drinks came fast but the food took a little bit of time to arrive. I ordered enchiladas rancheras and my wife ordered a soup. But she also ordered french fries so she could have with her soup. She finished her soup and I finished my enchiladas and waited for the fries. And we were told that the oil for the fries was taking a while to heat up as nobody had come in all afternoon and evening and ordered fries. It took about 30 minutes after we finished eating to get the fries. And when they came they were over crispy. So we ate the good ones. Got the check and left.”
