Well located hotel in old town. Price paid was good but bought early. Price tends to near double if you book late. Spacious rooms but lacked electrical sockets near the bed. Bathroom needs updating. Buffet Breakfast was ok but not 4*. things seem disorganised. Only large plates available on 1 side of the buffet so everything you need to walk all the way to the end of the buffet table. No small plates or bowls for cake and serials. Seems there are not enough plates as they run out very quickly. An hour before end of breakfast many things are replenished and you need to ask for them

Maravilhoso hotel na cidade velha de Vilnius. ótimo serviço. equipe amigável. Inicialmente parece que o hotel é pequeno, mas na verdade é muito grande, com um labirinto de corredores e pátios. altamente recomendado. Perto do Ministério da Defesa da Lituânia, e muito perto do Palácio Presidencial.Maravilhoso hotel na cidade velha de Vilnius. Excelente atendimento e serviços. Equipe amigável. Inicialmente parece que o hotel é pequeno, mas na verdade é muito grande, com um labirinto de corredores e pátios. Altamente recomendado. The Artis is a nice hotel. There is a but though. And that but is that the hotel is dated. And this does show through the hotel and in the rooms. The rooms are adequate however they are quite spacious. We found the WiFi on the 4th floor to be intermittent at best. The beds and pillows were ok but we did struggle with the air conditioning. The generous size of the room is nice and does not make you feel crammed in. The room decor is dated but for us it was enough to be able to spend a long weekend in. Breakfast was nice and simple. It suits for a short break and is in a good location which is fantastic.

Nice hotel in the center of Vilnius. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff Is helpful. Breakfast buffet Is standard but meets expectations. Only minor remark (my typical): only english speaking news channel Is Chinese one, which Is not really great option...

Muito bom hotel. A localização não é exatamente no centro da cidade, mas é fácil ir a todos os lugares de lá. Há um serviço muito bom na recepção. O quarto estava limpo e as toalhas são trocadas todos os dias. O são sabonetes e outras coisas no banheiro. Há um elevador no hotel. O café da manhã era bom, o restaurante é grande e tem muito espaço. À noite pode sentar-se no bar da entrada do hotel, mas o menu é limitado. No geral valeu o preço e foi uma boa experiência.

Excelente quarto, muito grande, muito limpo. Excelente buffet de pequeno-almoço com uma variedade para tudo. Nenhum ruído na área. Uma excelente escolha para ficar quando estiver visitando Vilnius. - Um pouco de toalhas e cortinas velhas não são suficientes para escurecer o quarto.

Let me start with the positives. Great location in the center of the city and the breakfast was good.Now the main reasons for such a low star rating. On our first day in the hotel the heater in the bathroom didn’t work and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains our whole stay.For the heating in the bathroom I had to ask on 3 separate occasions throughout the day for someone to come fix it before someone took a look and couldn’t fix it. Now about the smell from the bathroom. I also mentioned this on the first day and the cleaning lady opened the door didn’t even acknowledge my hi and stormed into the bathroom visibly irritated she had to clean the drain for the smell. (The smell was subsided temporarily but it came back later again).Other things noticed on the stay by both myself and my girlfriend was: - none of the hotel employees were ever smiling or in a good mood. Every interaction from the front desk to breakfast no one ever seemed happy, no hello’s or goodbyes. - there are multiple tables in the breakfast area that off center meaning they lean to one side so it’s easy for drinks to spill because they wobble. On the right side where my girlfriend and I sat we counted 3 tables. - in the room there were only two outlets for charging your stuff and those were both behind bed, both were used to light the lights next to the bed it. When we asked if we could get a power strip, we were told to use the ones behind bed. In order to do that we had to push the bed away from the wall. Every day when we left, the cleaning lady would push the bed back - both of our chargers were broken afterwards. - the fridge smells like fish and looks like it wasn’t properly cleaned in a while. Also, makes clicking noises every few minutes.

Excellent room, very large, very clean . Great breakfast buffet with a variety for everything. No noise at all at the area. An excellent choice to stay when you are visiting Vilnius. - A little old towels and curtains not enough to make dark the room.

Very nice hotel. The location is not exactly in the city central but it easy to go everywhere from there. There are a very good service in the reception. The room was clean and the towels are replaced every day. The are soap and other stuff in the bathroom. There is an elevator in the hotel. The breakfast was fine, the restaurant is big and have a lot of space. In the evening you can sit on the bar in the entry of the hotel, but the menu is limited. Overall it worth the price and it was a good experience.

Localização excelente, dentro da zona histórica, chega-se a quase toda a zona histórica a pé. Limpo e atendimento muito profissional. Bom pequeno almoço. Mesmo em frente do restaurante Meat Lovers, que adorei.

És tranquilo y con bonitas habitaciones. El desayuno bueno, variado y cantidad, solo falla la tostadora w solo hay una y mucha gente. Éramos 17 y tuvimos un pequeño problema con las aguas que a pesar de estar junto al te, que es gratis, el agua nos la hicieron pagar. Por lo demás, genial. Muy bien ubicado y dispone de spa para relajarse.
