Hotel médio!

Dando aos meus 5 dias de estadia para o meu aniversário modestas 3 estrelas devido ao ótimo atendimento ao cliente, localização incrível, estando a 12 minutos do aeroporto SJU e sendo à beira-mar. Mas, POR FAVOR, LEIA os principais detalhes da suíte de apartamentos de 3 quartos que Tryst realmente precisa para trabalhar:- Limpeza! A limpeza geral da unidade foi decepcionante. 5 minutos após o check-in em nosso apartamento, notamos cabelos no chão, mesas, bancadas sujas, etc. Alertamos a recepção e eles vieram e "limparam novamente", mas naquele ponto já sentimos que deveríamos ir ao Walmart e obter nosso próprio material de limpeza para o caso.Suas toalhas ou panos não eram suficientes. Não é o fim da palavra certo? Mas a unidade acomoda 6, como um mínimo de 6 toalhas devem estar presentes e prontas para uso.- Visualizar! Quase não há vista agradável dos apartamentos do lado "A" (estávamos no 2A, mas é seguro presumir que 1A tem uma vista ainda menos agradável). Estávamos de frente para a parede azul maior do hotel Tryst ao norte, a construção e a rua ao oeste.- Ruído! Começando às 8 da manhã quase todos os dias em que estávamos lá, havia construção em AMBOS os lados de nós. Muitos caminhões dando ré - ruídos de alerta, ruídos de construção, perfurações, marteladas, você escolhe. Mesmo na praia, se a Wicked Lily não estiver tocando músicas ou outro frequentador da praia, prepare-se para caminhar um pouco e não aproveitar a praia em frente ao Tryst devido ao barulho.- Cozinha! Cozinha é bom tamanho, muito bonito, tem potes, panelas e itens básicos como chaleira, pratos e facas e garfos. Mas estão faltando necessidades básicas que eu acho que um "apartamento" deveria / deveria oferecer: cafeteira, micro-ondas, café ou chá de cortesia, etc.- Problemas de ventilação: Parece que os quartos ficam muito abafados e bolorentos, mesmo depois de ventilar e abrir as janelas. Antes que alguém diga “está na praia” ou “está úmido”. Eu sou de um estado muito úmido e tropical e este tipo de apartamento precisa de ventilação atualizada ou janelas salientes para permitir a entrada de ar em excesso, algo assim.-Banheiros: os banheiros em geral estavam bem, mas o ladrilho no ladrilho do quarto adjacente estava realmente manchado, um pouco de ferrugem e envelhecido. Além disso, para um apartamento de 3 quartos que acomoda 6 pessoas, são necessários mais ganchos, racks e itens funcionais que são importantes para uma estadia confortável. Uma prateleira flutuante ou 2 e até mesmo alguns ganchos de comando duráveis ​​realmente teriam percorrido um longo caminho no banheiro menor e no maior também. O banheiro maior tem um armário de armazenamento enorme, o que foi ótimo.- Problemas estruturais aleatórios: portas do banheiro emperradas / difíceis de abrir e fechar. Os chuveiros eram velhos e minha mãe pediu para ser trocada e eles fizeram isso muito rapidamente. Mas nos fez pensar que se você os tem aqui, por que ainda não foram alterados? As camas tinham manchas, arranhões, desgaste e rasgos perceptíveis nas armações. A mesa da sala de jantar tinha uma perna quebrada e as cadeiras estavam um pouco manchadas também.Não adicionando fotos porque meu objetivo não é destruir o hotel ou dizer para você não reservar aqui. Só queria ser honesto sobre algumas coisas, se você estiver pensando em ficar aqui por dias a fio, ou mesmo semanas.Tryst foi um ótimo serviço ao cliente do hotel sábio, Laisy nos ajudou durante toda a nossa estadia e sempre foi super amigável, atenciosa e muito doce. Nós nunca conseguimos comer no Wicked Lily, mas a comida deve estar barulhenta porque todos os dias estava lotada. Nós pedimos alguns coquetéis do bar, que tem um ótimo menu. Às vezes, a equipe do bar não está realmente atenta. Aconteceu várias vezes onde eles simplesmente não me reconheciam até que eu acenei para eles. Caso contrário, o bar é um ótimo ponto de encontro e uma parte atraente do hotel.Eu ficaria aqui com expectativas muito geridas na próxima vez. E talvez o hotel-hotel, não a parte do apartamento!

Adorei o hotel e a minha estadia! Laisy no concierge foi tão útil e doce. Toda a equipe foi tão gentil e atenciosa. Eu vou voltar definitivamente!

Eu e minha irmã realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia !! Robert foi fantástico! Todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel fica literalmente no centro de tudo! Eu amei a atmosfera! Ótimo bar na praia! Eu gostaria que tivesse uma piscina, mas fora dela não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Bom quarto, chuveiro, cama e vista! Definitivamente recomendo! Muito obrigado !

Giving my 5 day stay for my birthday a modest 3 stars because the great customer service, amazing location, being 12 minutes from SJU airport and being beachfront. But PLEASE READ for key details of the 3-bedroom apartment suite that Tryst really needs to work on:- Cleanliness! Overall cleanliness of unit was disappointing. 5 minutes after checking in to our apartment, we noticed hair on the floors, tables, dirty countertops, etc. We alerted the front desk and they came and “cleaned again” but by that point we already felt like we should go to Walmart and get our own cleaning supplies just in case.Their weren’t enough towels or washcloths. Not the end of the word right? But the unit sleeps 6, like a minimum of 6 towels should be present and ready for use.- View! There’s almost no pleasing view from the apartments on the “A” side (we were in 2A, but it’s safe to assume 1A has an even less pleasing view). We were facing the bigger Blue wall of the Tryst hotel to the North, construction and the street to the West.- Noise! Starting at 8AM almost everyday we were there, there was construction on BOTH sides of us. Lots of truck backing up - alert noises, construction noises, drilling, hammering you name it. Even on the beach if the Wicked Lily isn’t playing tunes or another beach goer, prepare to wanna walk down some and not actually enjoy the beach directly in front of Tryst due to noise.- Kitchen! Kitchen is nice size, very cute, has pots, pans & basics like tea kettle, plates and knives and forks. But it’s missing basic needs that I think an “apartment” should/would offer: coffee pot, microwave, complimentary coffee or tea, etc.- Ventilation issues: It just seems like the rooms get very muggy and mildewy even after ventilating and opening windows. Before anyone says “it’s on the beach” or “it’s humid”. I’m from a very humid and tropical state and this type of apartment needs updated ventilation or bay windows to allow excess air in, something.-Bathrooms: Overall bathrooms were okay but the tile in the adjoining room tile was really stained, some rust and aged. Also, for a 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps 6, their needs to be more hooks, racks and functional items that are important to a comfortable stay. A floating shelf or 2 and even some durable command hooks really would’ve went a long way in the smaller bathroom and the bigger one too. Bigger bathroom has a huge storage closet so that was great.-Random structural issues: Bathroom doors jammed / were hard to open and close. Shower heads were old and my Mom requested on be changed and they did that pretty quickly. But it made us think like if you have them here, why weren’t they already changed? Beds had noticeable stains, scuffs, wear and tear on the frames. Dining room table had a broken leg & chairs were a little stained as well.Not adding pics bec my goal isn’t to trash the hotel or tell you not to book here. Just wanted to be honest about some things if you’re considering staying here for days on end, or even weeks.Tryst was a great hotel customer service wise, Laisy helped us throughout our stay and was always super friendly, accommodating and very sweet. We never got to eat at the Wicked Lily but the food must be slamming because everyday it was packed. We did order some cocktails from the bar, which has a great menu. Sometimes the bar staff aren’t attentive really though. Happened several times where they just wouldn’t acknowledge me until I waved them down. Otherwise the bar is a great hangout and a cute part of the hotel.I would stay here with very managed expectations next time. And maybe the hotel-hotel, not the apartment portion!

What an amazing experience! The guys at the front desk took extremely great care of us and the apartment was immaculate and spacious. If we needed any assistance, they were quick to respond. Location, is perfect. LaPlacita is down the road, and Old San Juan is only a scooter ride away. My boys and I enjoyed our stay.

Meu namorado e eu apreciamos a nossa estadia no The Tryst na semana passada. Cada funcionário com quem interagimos foi além de amigável e útil, e você poderia dizer que eles sinceramente se preocuparam e queriam que aproveitássemos nossa estadia. Eu realmente gostei do texto noturno perguntando se precisávamos de alguma coisa e, na única vez em que pedi um travesseiro extra, a recepção rapidamente respondeu e trouxe um travesseiro para o nosso quarto. Localização perfeita, mesmo na praia e perto de tudo. As únicas reclamações que tenho é que nossa pia tinha problemas de drenagem que nunca foram resolvidos, mesmo depois de chamar sua atenção, e um micro-ondas no quarto teria sido muito útil. Tivemos comida que gostaríamos de reaquecer, mas os quartos têm apenas um frigobar. No geral, acho que este hotel foi ótimo, especialmente para o preço, e eu o recomendo para quem quer ficar em San Juan.

The place is AWESOME. Room is so cozy but more than enough for me. Beach view is right by my window and the bar is LIVE. I'll definitely coming back. The shower could use a little more heatness tho.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at The Tryst this past week. Every employee we interacted with was beyond friendly and helpful, and you could tell they sincerely cared and wanted us to enjoy our stay. I really appreciated the nightly text asking if we needed anything, and the one time I asked for an extra pillow, the front desk quickly responded and brought a pillow to our room. Location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything. The only complaints I have is that our sink had drainage issues that were never addressed even after bringing it to their attention, and a microwave in the room would have been very useful. We had food we would have liked to reheat but rooms only have a mini fridge. Overall, I think this hotel was great, especially for the price, and I recommend it to anyone staying in San Juan.

Primeira vez neste hotel, reservamos o quarto petite. Era muito limpo, apesar de acharmos que o quarto era extremamente pequeno, não tinha armário para pendurar nossas roupas, mas imaginamos que estávamos aqui apenas para dormir. Na sala você pode ouvir cada pequeno barulho no corredor e a porta do corredor batendo. Acima de tudo, vamos ficar aqui novamente, mas obter um quarto maior na próxima vez. Oh, não queremos esquecer que eles têm um restaurante logo de cara com ótimas bebidas e comida de lírio de vime. Eles até nos serviram na praia que estava a poucos passos de uma bela vista de manhã e à noite. Eu recomendaria este lugar ... sim, seria um prazer ficar aqui em geral. Eles seguiram todas as regras e regulamentos da COVID !!!

First time at this hotel we booked the petite room. It was very clean, although we felt the room was extremely small, it had no closet to hang our clothes, but we figured hey we are just here to sleep. In the room you can here every little noise in the hallway and the hallway door slamming. Over all we will stay here again but get a bigger room next time. Oh we don’t want to forget they have a restaurant right on sight wicker lily great drinks and food. They even served us on the beach which was steps away beautiful view in the morning and at night. Would I recommend this place ….yes I would it was a pleasure staying here overall. They followed all COVID rules and regulations!!!

Me encanto el Hotel es super close, moderno es cercano a todo. El servicio de excelencia tanto en el lobuy como en el estacionamiento.Una vista encantadora y es frente al mar. Realmente super espectacular todo. Íntimo, limpio y relajante .

A localização do próprio hotel é privilegiada. Grande sala. Muito boutique gosta. Limpo e confortável. Eles só precisam trabalhar nos problemas mecânicos de seus quartos. O banheiro estava dançando para a esquerda e para a direita. Completamente não aparafusado ao chão. A água da pia só está quente, então esqueça de lavar o rosto. O chuveiro está dando uma boa quantidade de vapor até que seu vizinho comece a tomar banho. Tubulação de PVC. Eu sugiro melhorar seu encanamento e consertar todas as partes móveis do banheiro. Parece que o hotel está trabalhando nisso. Eu me diverti muito de qualquer maneira. Nós voltaremos.

The hotel itself prime location. Great room. Very much boutique like. Clean and comfortable. They just have to work on their rooms mechanical issues. The toilet was dancing left and right. Completely not screwed on to the floor. Water in the sink is only hot so forget about washing your face. The shower is giving you a good steam until your neighbor starts showering. PVC piping. I suggest improving your plumbing and fixing all the moving parts in the bathroom. Looks like the hotel is working on it. I had a great time anyways. We’ll be back.

Excelente lugar frente al mar, solo tienes que salir del edificio y ya estás en la playa. Vista relajante desde los cuartos ocean view y desde el lobby. El personal del hotel fue muy servicial y nos ofrecieron un excelente trato. Accesible, en el centro de Condado. ¡Excelente lugar para un escape romántico!
