“Receptionist was quite belligerent when dealing with any of our queries, and applying her make up at her desk in the morning while guests were around. The pillow cases were not changed as I could see traces of make up and dust from our shoes was not cleaned off furniture. We had to wait a good 20 minutes for a Cosmopolitan to be made with the waitress reading ingredients and instructions from a book, it was an awful cocktail. Food was disgusting, frozen bread warmed in a microwave, empanadas burnt my tongue, and the lamb was a cube of meat, very odd and inedible.”
