“Very rude staff. Can start aggressive behavior at you without any preliminary conversation, shout at you if you were unlucky to broke / finish your mask. ask for one, they won’t give it and will shout that they will call the police. While I do not have a problem with wearing a mask, I have problems with staff that threatens me with police rather than have a pack of masks for customers or a polite conversation. Another example: coming back at 23 PM, with keys, they check if you really living in your room while having all documents with names and passports in hands, seeing you coming back with keys on a regular night. Making you wait like you are there for the first time without any polite answer if there is a problem. No respect to customers, I do not recommend this hotel because of the staff. Air conditioning problem was mentioned here numerous times, but the problem is here and it’s hard to sleep because of its noise and dripping water. Allergic people can forget about the appropriate breakfast here. Not much options.”
