“I arrived at 3pm for check in. But need to line up for 1 hour 30 minute just to reach the counter to claim my booking. Then need to wait another 1 hour and 30 minute to get my room ready. I end up come into my room at 7pm!
The breakfast was terrible. The choice was limited and even my cereal tasted so bad. There was no proper SOP for taking food and it is so unpleasant because it was so many people getting the food without taking care the physical distancing.
My room's ceiling even got leakage. It was raining the night I stayed and a water droplet keep coming down to my bed at the middle of the night until the rain stop.
My first impression have been ruined, hence it is hard to find good thing to say about this place. Just maybe they are understaff because of the MCO. I can tell that once the economy have reopen, they are just not ready. They should be ready because the pandemic have been going for 2 whole years!”
