Adorei a estadia! Quarto encantador e muito confortável! Pequeno almoço delicioso! Recomendo!

Visitado em setembro de 2020 Ótimo hotel em uma ótima localização para a cidade velha. Quarto grande e limpo. Pontos turísticos a curta distância, inúmeras lojas e bares nas imediações. O ambiente do edifício antigo com elementos modernos é muito convidativo. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi extenso e oferece muitas opções de escolha.

Hotel muito bom. Localização muito central. Equipe muito, muito simpática e cortês. Tivemos um quarto deluxe. Nada pode ser dito sobre o quarto. Tudo ótimo. Restaurante TOP. Nós voltaremos.

Hotel bem equipado. Grande banheiro, sala grande e bonita. Muito bem decorado. Nice staff. Excelente pequeno-almoço com um grande buffet.

Dia bom, Gostaríamos de partilhar a nossa experiência desde o Hotel Barceló em Brno. 1) acordo: eu precisava processar uma fatura pró-forma com antecedência. É muito difícil ligar para uma equipe que fala tcheco. 2) recepção: não conseguimos absorver as informações que a recepcionista nos deu em um discurso muito rápido. Isso era, dado o próximo ponto, um grande problema. 3) marcação: quase nada fica marcado no hotel, encontrar sem orientação, por exemplo, uma sauna era quase impossível, embora o andar seja marcado no elevador, mas há muitas portas fechadas não marcadas no andar. Decidimos também que basta ir à sauna quando anunciamos com antecedência o nosso horário na recepção. Não foi assim. Novamente, tivemos que ir até a recepção para pedir acesso à sauna. 4) sauna: chegamos na sauna e não tinha aquecimento, toda a área de relaxamento era muito fria, não havia privacidade, havia uma porta de vidro em frente à espreguiçadeira do banheiro. Tínhamos pago por uma hora na sauna, juntos saíamos menos da metade do tempo. 5) quarto: o quarto não foi aquecido com aquecimento, não sabemos se o ar condicionado foi aquecido, em qualquer caso o quarto estava frio mesmo depois de aumentar a temperatura para 24 graus no termostato. Conseguimos dois cartões para entrar na sala, apenas um funcionou. Havia restos de calcário na banheira. 6) os banheiros femininos (portas pelo interior) nas áreas comuns estavam muito sujos. 7) a comida no restaurante (espaguete de feijão) não tinha gosto para nenhum de nós. Foi completamente sem gosto.Nos comentários anteriores, o hotel disse que tudo poderia ser comunicado na recepção. Mas passaríamos a maior parte de nossa curta estadia na recepção. No entanto, obrigado pelo serviço agradável ao jantar e pelo pessoal geralmente amigável.

Tectos altos, quartos amplos, limpos e confortáveis. Deve ser um bom hotel com uma longa história. Pedi Peito de Pato do Palazzo para o jantar, mas estava salgado demais para comer algumas vezes. Nessa hora, o garçom ficou tão triste que eu fiquei ainda mais triste. Por último, não consegui ter a sensação de que a equipe da recepção foi amigável.

The reception lady was terrible. ZERO STAR HOTEL. Worst hospitality. Shame on you. I stayed here in January 2019. The room was fine, foods were not bad (they weren’t good neither tho) but the problem was its hospitality. When I was leaving, the reception lady asked me to pay the money even tho I already payed online. So I kindly told her that I already payed. Then the awful one said ‘I’ll check it’ and after few minutes she just told me ‘okay you payed’ very rudely. So I was waiting for a word of apology about its mistake. Then she just told me ‘you can go’. I know Czech’s hospitality is pretty low, but this one was...pfff And even the stuffs in its restaurant. They were talking in Czech language about how much money were we spending there. I’m sure that they thought I cannot speak Czech.

Ótimo hotel, e equipe .. os quartos são grandes e espaçosos, muito perto do mercado de fazendeiros, que pode ser percorrida a praticamente todo o centro. A área do lobby é linda.

Great hotel, and staff.. rooms are great and spacious, very close to the farmers market, walkable to pretty much the entire center. Lobby area is beautiful.

Great location with large and comfortable rooms. The "Wellness Center" had limited offerings, perhaps partly due to the pandemic. Valet parking was available. Breakfast was nice, but not nicer than at other similar hotels in Europe. A strange thing was that one of the front desk clerks spoke no Czech. Only English and perhaps some other language (Spanish?). My husband and adult nephews speak English, but Czech is their native language. I know many Czechs who speak little to no English. They would have been surprised when the Czech-speaking consierge directed them to that front desk clerk, like he did to my husband and nephews. Also, the mentioned front desk clerk had an acerbic way about him.

The hotel is amazing. I got a room on the top floor with skylights which was amazing. On the top floor you cannot see the street however the skylights and the ability to have some fresh air with less noise was perfect. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was superb. The staff would bring me an americana at breakfast. Zero complaints.

Decepção absoluta. O café da manhã é um cardápio variado, mas o café industrial Lavazza e o vinho espumante Avanti de baixo custo reduzirão absolutamente a confiança em produtos de qualidade. O equipamento geral parece pobre, barato e abusivo. No molde do banheiro, chuveiro podre, peitoril da janela queimado, janelas sujas, teias de aranha. A zona de relaxamento tem a sua glória atrás de si, o gesso aqui descasca e a ligação com o fitness, onde, se quiseres relaxar, alguém se exercita, não parece muito confortável ....

Next door night club is keeping me awake at 1am and there is no sign that the party is coming to an end yet. It is a Wednesday night, I feel for the local residents too. We are at the 4th floor (room 401). Avoid this hotel if a good night sleep is important for you.Update: I did contact the front desk with the issue around 1am. Nothing happened as a result of that. The music eventually stopped around 2am. The next day at checkout I was asked about my google review and I was told that this is a regular issue at weekends, but usually not on weekdays.My advice stays the same: stay away unless you're deaf.

El mejor hotel de Bueno, sin duda una maravilla de servicio y desayuno.

La verdad es que el hotel está genial, situación perfecta y el stuff muy correcto y muy majo sobre todo el chico español trabajando en la recepción! Si vuelvo a Brno repito hotel sin duda!

El hotel es espectacular. Tiene un lobby grande con sofa y música ambiente. Cuando llegas al hotel te reciben con una bebida de cortesía. Mi esposo y yo llegamos por dos noches (viernes a domingo) para celebrar mi cumpleaños y nuestro primer mes de casados. La habitación limpia, amplia y con mucha luz. Una cama grande y cómoda. Tenia un balcón grande con una bonita vista. Las personas de front desk nos trataron de maravilla. Quiero agradecer especialmente a David Ucero de front desk por haber hecho nuestra estadia especial. El fue muy amable y atento. El nos recomendó lugares para conocer en la ciudad, restaurantes y bar. Mandó un detalle bonito a nuestra habitación por mi cumpleaños. Recomiendo el Hotel Barcelo Brno Palace para pasar una excelente estadia. La comida del restaurante palazzo es deliciosa. Lo recomiendo totalmente. El staff muy amable también. When you arrive at the hotel, you receive a complimentary drink.My husband and I arrived for two nights (friday to sunday) to celebrate my birthday and our first month of marriage. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. It has a large balcony with a nice view. The front desk people was nice and friendly. I want to especially thank David Ucero from the front desk for having made our stay very special. He was very kind and attentive. He recommended places to eat, drink and visit in the city. He sent a nice detail to our room for my birthday. I recommend the Hotel Barcelo Brno Palace to spend an excellent stay. The food at the palazzo restaurant is delicious. I recommend it. The staff was very friendly too. I hope we return to this hotel soon. We loved it!

Estuve con mi pareja en el hotel Barceló Brno Palace en vacaciones de semana santa. El hotel es perfecto para una estancia tranquila, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle y te hacen sentir como en casa. Gran desayuno (importantísimo para mí) y restaurante. Un 10

Excelente experiencia en el hotel Barceló Brno Palace, ya no sólo por la perfecta ubicación que tiene el hotel, en pleno centro y al lado de los lugares de interés sino que el Hotel es PRECIOSO! Estoy acostumbrada a visitar muchos hoteles y puedo decir que este es especial, además del servicio que dan al cliente, las habitaciones son amplias, decoradas con gusto e importante: cama super comoda! La habitación está llena de detalles que hacen que tú estancia sea un 10! Otro punto a destacar es la comida del hotel, MUY buena, no dejes de probar el risotto que está delicioso!

Viajo mucho y me he hospedado en varios hoteles. Este es especial, trasmite familiaridad, ternura.. te hace sentir como en casa. El personal maravilloso y el responsable del hotel super atento a todos los detalles. No es que lo recomienda, es que si queréis visitar Brno no tenéis que dudar en cuanto al hospedaje! Gracias por todo!
