“I chose this hotel because of their lap pool on the roof and close proximity to lots in BCN! It is not an inexpensive hotel. I was robbed within 1 hour of checking into the hotel, about 50’ from the front door! Let me tell you, not one person at the hotel alerted me to the dangers on the streets especially in front of this hotel! After I was robbed I made it back to the front desk and they offered me the use of their phone! I stupidly agreed to use it, as I was grossly overcharged for the use when I checked out! I used the phone only to turn off certain private internet items!”
