Primeiramente ficamos em um quarto no piso 23 com vista maravilhosa de toda cidade, mas o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, solicitamos a mudança para um quato na área de não fumante e fomos atendido sem problemas, deveriam ter perguntado no check-in, o restante foi ótimo. Tem Wi-fi gratuito mas somente nas áreas comuns, se tivesse nos quartos, seria perfeito. A localização é ótima e fica em frente ao Metro linha amarela e na rota dos ônibus abertos de turismos da linha verde, que liga a linha vermelha e azul, cobrindo toda cidade. A distância do aeroporto é de 30 minutos de taxi e custa entre 25 e 30 euros a corrida. Não é um hotel barato, 3 noites custou 361 euros, mas valeu seu valor e como era o último hotel de nossa viagem, foi tudo de bom. Recomendo a todos.

Hotel muito bom. Localização um pouco mais longe do centro da cidade, mas com acesso super fácil através de metrô, tram, ônibus... Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Layout do quarto/banheiro um tanto particular. Talvez não seja a melhor opção para dividir com um colega de trabalho. Piscina no 23 andar, com vista pro mar. Café da manhã muito variado e gostoso. Serviço de quarto me surpreendeu positivamente pela agilidade e sabor dos pratos.

Had a really good stay in Barcelona Princess Hotel, very close to the beach and accessible to the town and interesting places around. Had a room with a nice view too. Great service and good value for money

Escribo ahora la reseña, ya en frío. No se puede concebir que en un hotel monten una fiesta con DJ en la terraza molestando a los huéspedes. Sea la hora que sea. No me voy a meter en los 40dB diurnos o los 30dB nocturnos que tienen como norma en hoteles, ni en el decreto 176/2009 de la normativa autonómica. Resulta que soy audiófilo/melomano y en casa jamás, aún de día, se me ocurre poner música de manera que pueda molestar a mis vecinos. Por eso me ha resultado tan chocante. Y si suele haber fiestas ahí, o bien cierra la zona o bien aísla las habitaciones con contraventanas (el climalit no da más de si en una sola ventana) O… alojamos a los huéspedes en la otra cara del hotel. Mi mujer llamó a recepción, le dijeron que a las 22h cortarían, tuvo que llamar de nuevo a las 22:10 y cuando cortaron, típico de las fiestas, hubo un ‘otra, otra’ con lo que se alargó sobre 10’ más. Luego se seguía escuchando, ya ruido algo interior pero no molesto. No volveré.

Muy buen servicio e instalaciones. Habitaciones amplias con vistas espectaculares el mar, levantarte por la mañana viendo salir el sol desde la cama. Recomiendo el desayuno, variedad y calidad en los producto

Stayed here for our mini honeymoon which was brilliant but the hotel itself lacked basic things such as a kettle in the room and no conditioner (only shampoo and shower gel). The hotel was very clean but lots of bits seem run down and the 2 pools are a lot smaller than they look in the photos! Transport links to the centre of Barcelona are brilliant with tram, bus and metro line on the door step and the Bleu Bar across the road sells lovely cocktails! Breakfast was really tasty at the hotel but cold which took away a bit of the enjoyment! As a base this hotel is great but if you are looking to spend a fair bit of time in the hotel I wouldn’t recommend it for that! Staff were really friendly and helpful and the luggage room for checking out day is really handy if you’ve got a late flight! Overall I would stay again but I wouldn’t expect a 4 star stay!

Good location and everything was great. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The variety of breakfast provided was excellent. Would like to thank the reception staff especially Marcel, Maria and Olga for their help and assistance during our stay. The swimming pool is small however, plenty of nice beaches around. Definitely will stay again in the hotel whenever we get back to Barcelona.

Estamos encantados! Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana a Barcelona y nos encanto alojarnos aquí. La habitación era perfecta, con vistas a la cuidad....totalmente recomendable. Cuidando cada detalle en el aseo y el personal muy agradable. Las zonas de las piscinas tienen mucho encanto aunque son un poco pequeñas. Está un poco alejado en coche del centro pero está muy bien conectado con el transporte público. Además está pegado a un centro comercial que te proporciona todo lo que necesitas. Advertencia, el parking no es muy intuitivo. Os sugiero que lo consultéis primero en recepción ya que es por una entrada en concreto del parking del centro comercial.

Todo fatal. No se puede cargar nada a la habitación. La carta deja muchísimo que desear, y la atención más o menos del mismo palo exceptuando un botones que es super amable. Tuve un incidente en el hotel por un aparato que tenían en la ducha, tenían que cogerme al menos 3 puntos según lo que indico el médico. Solicite el seguro de responsabilidad civil porque incluso una chica que estaba en recepción me dijo literal "me dan hasta ganas de llorar verla así". El incidente fue en el hotel en horas de la madrugada y no fue una caída ni nada similar. Fue un filo que tenían en la ducha... Se hicieron los que seguirían el caso y un día llamo a Mapfre y me indican que está cerrado. La subdirectora decía siempre que se pondría en contacto conmigo, acababa llamando yo ... He enviado correos a los que me dicen que "ya se le informará a la subdirectora" y luego nunca recibo respuesta. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Nice hotel but there is a huge lack of basic facilities. I couldn't buy even a bottle of water from the reception, because apparently they run out of water. I had to change the card a couple of times during our stay. No vending machine to get a water or any drink, no drinks in the fridge, no kettle or espresso machine in the room.

Incredible Hotel in Barcelona. The View from our room couldn‘t be better, the breakfast was also really good with fresh fruits and lots of things to choose from. The service was really nice and would help immediately if there was any problem. I would recommend this Hotel for sure!

Habitación bonita y con una cama enorme. Ambas piscinas están muy bien. Tuve un problema porque decían que no tenía el desayuno y en el mail que recibí claramente ponía que el desayuno estaba incluido, aunque al final me lo resolvieron sin mayor problema. El vino algo caro (6€ la copa). En mi planta hubo un plato con un vaso y restos de comida en una puerta 24 horas, son detalles que hay que cuidar. La estancia por lo general positiva.

The hotel is located in a 26-store building next to a shopping mall in a nice, though a bit distant neighborhood (~12 euro by cab to the city center). It has two small pools (usually almost fully occupied, and closed already at 19:00 / 20:00). Considering that due to COVID-19 the hotel wasn't fully occupied, I assume on a normal year one should be lucky to get a place by the pool.The beach is some 10 minutes walk, and is fine.Our experience wasn't all positive. For four days we were lacking soap, although I mentioned that to the reception a couple of times. The WiFi requires a lot of operations to connect every time you go from one floor to another. Breakfast was decent, but they lack chairs in one hall, which is probably why we were asked to sit in the second hall despite free tables in the first one (in which the food is located).We had to change the key cards several times. We have been told they were extremely sensitive to electronics, including close contact with a phone, they get demagnetized. A possibility of a broken lock was also mentioned by the reception, but never confirmed.There were also some minor technical issues like the toilet door not closing, waiting time at the elevator, some cracks here and there - those are hard to fix and probably not worth it, but they added up to the total count.

Well located, reasonably priced, and very clean. But that’s it. They were running a promotion on Booking so we booked. We then found ourselves in the company of a hotel full of Axe body spray… If you’re looking for a classy couple’s getaway, it’s definitely not the place. Forget a trip to rooftop pool, it’s packed with unsavory types doing canon balls from morning to night. If you’re looking for well-priced party digs for you and 5 friends, you love gold chains, long fake nails, and of course Axe body spray, it’s the place for you.

Great place to stay with lovely interior designs and settings. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is modern and well furnished. Breakfast was very good with a lot of local and fresh ingredients. The hotel has glass-paned elevators so you can see most of Barcelona going up and down in the day and the night lights are just stunning. The best thing is the rooftop heated pool! Highly recommend!

Passamos o revéilllon em Barcelona e ficamos 4 dias neste hotel ,mas no dia 1/01 o café da manhã que custava $15 euros passou para $30 euros !Nunca vi isso em nenhum outro hotel que já viajei !Exploração ao hóspede ! Gostaria de saber se Isto está correto?
