“For the second time of coming to Bay Gardens, We know how things are and want to see the hotel keep going. It is lovely and in keeping with the island, charming,not too small, facilities are OK for the standard rating of...I gave it 3 stars. Bay gardens needs people to create growth with money from us. “Friendly and helpful staff. Had an issue with the room we were given due to noise from the main road and my wife being a light sleeper. The General Manager was so kind as to assure us that as soon as the fully booked hotel had a room available she would advise us. This was done and the staff constantly checked on our welfare. Great customer service! Made our stay a very pleasant one.”
