We stayed here for 2 weeks, last May, i had read a lot of bad reviews, & was apprehensive about our stay, ( my boyfriend booked it!) but everything was fine, food hot & plentiful, breakfasts bacon wasn't served every day, & sausages were more of a frank furter, but there was something for everyone, drinks were cheap, especially wine! Entertainment was ok, Adrian was the best! Shop decent, we had a nice balcony, room was clean, bed not too comfy, cups & a kettle provided, a plus, we take our own tea & coffee anyway so not a problem. There are plenty of buses over the rd but sometimes they are full, also Salina national Park over the rd, its a good place to spend time, shops near by, 10 minute walk, to Qwara, not a problem, & yes i would stay here again.

Hotel is nice and clean Shame the food isn't always hot , had to ask everyday for it to be heated up . 2/3 members of staff are brilliant Nefisa , Vince and the young lad are very welcoming and can't do enough for you. It's a shame the tall bloke in the snack bar can't smile or be polite. I would stay here again as it's in a great location and easy to get around. The only thing I would say is , the ceiling fan in our room was hanging off and was reported 3 times but never fixed . Rooftop terrace is a hidden gem as it's a great place to get a tan . I would given a 4 star just that's lot of the staff can't use manners or smile and look miserable to be at work.

The building is a bit tired in places and the all inclusive buffet is okay but lacking in variety day to day. Not much choice for vegetarians and almost nothing for vegan. It’s mostly clean but the price absolutely reflects the quality of service, food and facilities.

Great place to stay have stayed there many times. I will also say that if you liked dodgems in your younger days you should be able to hire a car as they drive on the same side as us sometimes. Any way back to the hotel family run and was just being decerated 15 months ago, good 3/4star

This hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. Maximum 2 stars in my opinion. First bad impression was while checking-in. The receptionist was unpleasant and surly. I can't say anything wrong about room service and waiters. Although during meals we had a feeling, that they are standing over us and grabbing dishes almost a second after we finished eating. During our stay (7 days) there was a problem with water in the bathrooms (twice). Air conditioning was working only since 8 p.m. Breakfast almost the same every day (scrambled eggs from powder, sausages and beans). However, the dinner was with a large selection of meals. Wouldn't recommend for families with children. The pool is very small. Wouldn't come back there.
