Hotel com instalações antigas, mas acolhedor. Pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade, mas jantar muito bom. Excelente variedade e muito abundante.

Very cheap in every sense of the word. Cleaning should be improved on all levels. Everything was dirty. The room smelled old and disgusting. The waste bin on the tables at the breakfast were not empty on the second day. I found the things I put in the day before in it on the second day - plus a fly. The bed had sticky strains on the frame. There was lots of hair that wasn't ours in the room. Didn't get any bottled water at the reception. The toaster was squeaking all the time - a noise you can't unhear once you heard it. Staff was extremely kind. Second visit after 5 weeks: we got the same room, guess what: sticky strains were still there!!! Got another room - but in that room the beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty and the worst: we had no WiFi connection because the room was in the corner. All in all - the second stay was even worse than the first!!

As pessoas que lá trabalham são gentilmente atenciosas. Sua cozinha é boa. Muitos destinos turísticos são facilmente acessíveis.

Acabámos de almoçar aqui na esplanada, mas os garçons nos desencorajaram de imediato: primeiro tínhamos de indicar que trariam um copo junto às garrafas de bebida (um dos refrigerantes foi mal interpretado :)), depois foi o mesmo com os talheres. Depois do almoço tivemos que procurar um garçom e depois tivemos muita dificuldade para tomar um café e pagamos. Bem, o último foi rápido por algum motivo.

Es un hotel de tres estrellas con dos tipos de habitaciones. Las reformadas y las que llaman económicas. Estás últimas son una experiencia postsovietica. La atención del personal es muy buena. Y su ubicación, aunque está un poco lejos del centro tiene línea de metro cerca.

El hotel está bien,aunque nos tocó la habitación en la que el baño era más antiguo. El personal amable. Al centro andando unos 30 minutos. En metro 10-15 minutos.

Acabo de llegar al hotel Benczur y la experiencia no ha podido ser más desastrosa. Somos 5 adultos y nos han dado una habitación de tres con dos camas y una para un niño pequeño. Las dos habitaciones muy alejadas la una de la otra a pesar de ser la misma reserva ( una en el segundo piso en la parte nueva y otra en la planta sexta de la zona vieja). El personal de recepción no ha podido ser más desagradable. En resumen, no recomiendo para nada este hotel, no puede ser más cutre

Cuidada atención al comensal, bonito y tranquilo donde comer muy bien por no mucho dinero.

Pintoresco lugar en una zona tranquila, llena de edificaciones emblemáticas en Pest . El hotel un tres Estrellas, cumple con sus requisitos y el personal es atento y cumplidor. Sus habitaciones, sencillas, las camas bajas lo cual sería un punto a mejorar.

The hotel is dated but very well kept and clean! For the price we paid it was really worth! Very close to the famous thermal garden and beautiful surroundings. A bit scary in the night as it is very dark. The only thing that was terrible was the breakfast, very poor quality, old stuff and really the hotel doesn't care.

Love the 3 star hotel. I did not get any view from hotel but there are i believe the park view at the back side ...the people are warm welcoming and they would be welcoming with a smile. Had a lifetime experience. They help you even with tourist guidance. No bad reviews from my end

Hablaré primero de los datos positivos. Ubicación: buena. Sobretodo para los que quieren ir a los baños Széchenyi, la plaza de los Héroes y el castillo Városliget. Tiene cera acceso al metro línea 1 amarilla (tenéis que validar el ticket del metrosiempre en las maquinitas color naranja desde que entras ya que te si no lo haces te ponen una multa), andando puedes llegar desde este hotel a estos lugares mencionados sin necesidad de autobuses. Limpieza: el de un hotel *** tres estrellas. Habitaciones: como todos los hoteles hay de varios tipos: con aire acondicionado de mejor calidad y sin aire con ventilador pero calidad, debéis especificarlo en caso de hacer reserva ya que las de bajo coste no os gustará. Personal: como en todos los sitios hay de todo, gente amable y otras no tanto, solo podría hablar en negativo de un camarero ya que creo que el trato con el cliente no fue el adecuado. Desayuno Buffet: muy variado, tiene alimentos típicos del país así como básicos de todo el mundo, también tiene menú para celíacos. Comida-cena.: la carta está bien, una variedad de platos en donde se destaca la comida típica húngara, si has reservado todo incluido la carta es diferente y no incluye las bebidas. Te ponen agua en jarra. Se paga con tarjeta o Forint, tienes un cajero automático disponible en frente de la recepción. En general, habitaciones e instalaciones de hotel ***. Si no te importa mucho la comodidad es un sitio a elegir por la cercanía con los lugares ya mencionados y el centro. No es un hotel; es un museo de servicios hoteleros, todo es tan antiguado y gastado. Las fotos en la web engañan; están echas hace muuucho tiempo o están maquilladas 10 veces con el Photoshop. Todo es realmente feo. Entiendo, que no puedo esperar mucho de un hotel de 3*, pero este hace las estrellas cayer del cielo. Necesita una reforma seria y urgente. Tal como está, es una vergüenza. Servicio de habitacion - casi no hay, las chicas-limpiadoras solo vacian la bazura y no hacen nada mas. ¡Ni hacen la cama! En 3 dias de estancia no he tomado la ducha ni un solo vez; me ha dado asco de usar la bañera.

Good location. Close to the city center, termal Secheny, small stores where you can buy food. Room is comfortable, breakfast is tasty. Restaurant is pretty nice (delicious!). I recommend to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is close to the Széchenyi Baths so it’s a nice walk to get some Hungarian supper. Due to the lack of information in languages other than Hungarian and Russian, I thought it’s a buffet lunch so I went to serve myself at the buffet line.Anyhow, we ordered food as in a regular restaurant and the food was delicate and flavorful.

Reception space laks furniture for cosy sitting... Otherwise beautifully surrounding, pleasent employees...
