“Reservamos en línea, pagamos, recibimos una confirmación y nos recibieron en el hotel. Viaje iniciado, pero este hotel aparentemente está cerrado debido a ocupación insuficiente. Solo leemos esto en la puerta principal. Este hecho se nos informó mediante un aviso y se nos solicitó continuar hasta el siguiente hotel. ¿Cómo es posible reservar un hotel que en realidad está cerrado?”

“Really bad for a 4 star hotel. The rooms overall are clean and get cleaned daily. The walls are paper thin so you are able to hear anything happening outside the room or above you. The breakfast is ok but the food is left uncovered and some cheese/meat you easily find stale, there’s a mini bar with a couple of drinks, a chocolate bar, small tin of crisps and a bottle of water provided in the room with absolutely no clear instructions that you’ll have to pay for if at the end of your trip which is €75 (paid €96 with city tax, so rough estimate). The girls in the reception stated that this was written in the “guest guide” provided in the room, but there was no guide in our room that we saw of during our 9 night stay and we weren’t aware of such thing, so we didn’t question it. If you’re gonna charge people such money for a mini fridge provided in the room, at least make them aware of the cost. They don’t check if you had used any of the stuff provided, regardless of your use, you’ll have to pay. Precious hotels I’ve stayed in, if there was a mini fridge was complimentary due to the alteady high price of the hotel. Absolutely bizarre.”
