“The hotel room is spacious and clean. The drain grate in the shower is broken, and we had to argue with the reception to bring us clean blankets (we had stained ones in the closet), but this issue was resolved.”

“4 times in my life, I needed to leave one hotel for a second hotel. Today was one of those. While many people might think 5-stars would be too much for this hotel, I disagree. Yes, staff are great. But, also the ambiance is wonderful, classical music playing softly as you enter a wonderful foyer. The room is clean, large enough for the price, and everything works.”
