“Came here honestly just because of the reviews and I was hoping to have a great experience. I wouldn't recommend this place, they don't validate the reservation and charge you, as you go. Several times they hung off the call because they didn't understand what was being requested. Room service is great because they get tips. But, if you forget to tip they leave the stuff in your room not giving a damn. They act like you're going to take off without paying. Their restaurant is the only thing that's good but not consistent in their taste or portions.”
