“This was our first visit to Dubai and Rahid welcomed us with the friendliest smile which we appreciated at such an early hour of arrival. Our room was clean, well-lit, comfortable and inviting. The bed gives you the warm hug you need after a long flight. You are spoilt for choice of places to get something to eat or drink within the hotel. McGettigans Irish Pub is below the hotel (can't hear anything from within your well-insulated room). The Cheeky Camel is at the entrance. The Coffee Box is open for snacks and coffee. We had the breakfast included option and we enjoyed what was on offer. A wonderful variety of fruit, cereals, nuts and seeds. Full breakfast with non-pork and pork options available. The pork options are displayed in a designated area. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the cappuccino at breakfast, it had a strange taste to me but my husband drank it 😊. The staff are friendly and attentive and always willing to help.
We also loved that the hotel was within a few minutes walking distance from the Red Line Metro.
We would definitely book in at the Bonnington if we were to visit Dubai again.”

“Clean and nicely located. Rooms are poorly refurbished specially the toilet. Manual curtains and loover type one in the bathroom making it impossible to obscure the room. Poor noise proofing, cars are heads as if in the parking. Breakfast poorly served, quality of food way below average, same items every day. Again I am experiencing this with IHG everywhere, they don't replenish water bottles, causing great inconvenience.”
