My first short reservation was great. Then I decided to extend it for a day and I was transferred to another room.. Which turned out to be terrible. I can recommend this hotel, but only some of their rooms are pleasant. The location is acceptable.

An excellent and welcoming hotel in the city center, clean and tidy, and the most important thing is that the receptionist is amazing, her name is Nico, and she helped us a lot, she really treated us as if we were her sisters

It was just perfect! Warm, clean, smells nice, free Netflix and chill! There was even quality coffee ❤️ The host responds almost immediately and communication is nice and enjoyable.

Awful experience, they either offer a room next to a nightmarish inner court yard with pidgeon and their feces everywhere. Or a room facing street with a super bright hotel sign next to the windows, making it look impossible to have the room dark during the night. Unhelpful staff with limited English speaking skills.

The good: The hotel is situated right next to a subway station in the center of downtown so getting to anywhere from the hotel is really easy. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The bad: The room was a disaster! We had a room with a view towards an internal court that had a lot of dumpsters. The room had a balcony but the door was sealed so you couldn't even step outside for a breath of fresh air. The room had a distinct cigarette smell even though smoking is prohibited. The TV was the cheapest kind possible and reception was filled with static. The entire room was in need of maintainence: - there was a broken mirror on the dresser - there was no heat so in order to sleep through the night we had to turn the AC on which made a lot of hoise - the TV remote was held together with scotch tape - there was only one pair of slippers and one set of towels, and one set of shower accesories despite the reservation being made for 2. - one towel had red spots on it... Blood? Rust? Either way it was unusable. We found a use for it due to the next point on the list: - the tub drained all over the floor. Good thing we had a dirty towel we could use to soak up all the water... - one pillow case had dark brown spots on it... Mold? Rust? Blood again? - the glass for drinking water from the room was dirty (maybe water spots, maybe just dirty) - the shower curtain was dirty. If I wasn't staying for a single night I would have asked for a refund. Do not make the same mistake we did. This is not a 4 star hotel. I've seen 2 star rooms that were cleaner and a whole lot more welcoming. I repeat! Do not pay a 4 star price for a 1 star experience!
