“staff is courteous and assisted me with a couple different issues. location isn't central but its not to far from attractions. there are 2 restaurants, a night club and an award winning british style pub on the property. highly suggest the lunch special at the british pub. right next door is a neighborhood style supermarket that should meet any of your needs if you have forgotten anything. Across the street to the right is a good coffee shop and further along is a barber salon that i always use while here.The 3 stars is for the chair in the room. it was highly uncomfortable & its covered with a cloth material that i couldn't shake the feeling wasn't clean. it looked clean & probably was but like i said just couldn't shake the feeling.”

“The smell is very bad, valet refused to park the car, the night club was too loud I can feel the vibration even though I was on the 15th floor club is right above our “ handicapped “ room I could not sleep because of that. And They gave us a handicapped Room they said it’s the only room available for this kind of price and I asked the bellboy why this room , he said ( you get what you get ) it was a huge mistake booking for this hotel”
