“The hotel does not deserve 4 stars, maybe 2. Its pluses: - beachfront location - helpful staff -large apartments - lots of sun loungers by the pool and on the grass There are so many disadvantages that I do not know if they can all be replaced: -food, horrible, especially breakfast. The quality of the products is tragic. Dinners are okay, but our stomachs always hurt - the hotel is old and run down and dirty - ants and cockroaches in the rooms - incomplete equipment, you still have to ask for something because it is missing (kettle, hair dryer, duvets, towels, coffee machine elements, etc.) -cleaning probably every 2 days, unfortunately not very effective (sand, feathers, lint on the balcony, ashtray not emptied) -WC between the sink and the shower cabin - rather for slim people, because someone who is overweight might not fit. -bar by the pool tasteless drinks, waiting for food for over an hour (you have to pay for it as there is no allinclusive). In general, some unpleasant surprises every day. After 3 days we changed the room because there was a broken generator on the roof and it was very loud at different times. One night, it turned on at 11:00 PM and turned off at 8:00 AM. The noise was like a helicopter landing on the roof. The air conditioning smelled bad, the fear was being turned on. I understand it's a cheap hotel, but cheap doesn't have to be awful. I do not recommend”

“First holiday in 2 years & it was so disappointing. I am actually really surprised that Jet 2 are sending people to this hotel. We ended up having to move apartments as the first one was inhabitable. Second one was better but missing many of the basic things needed for self catering, cutlery, bowls, glasses etc. All the white goods were old, the microwave was so worn out all the numbers on the front were worn off. We asked at reception for a sharp knife so that we could prepare some food but were told they couldn’t supply one for safety reasons. Asked for a hairdryer on 4 separate occasions, at first I was told they would find one, then told we had to wait for someone to checkout before we could get one & then finally told they were all broken. Towels were thread bare & the curtains & bedding were stained. Pool looked like it hadn’t been maintained properly for years with black mould growing on the areas the paint had worn off. This was then flaking off into the pool, they did try to clean this out, but it didn’t work. A lot of the sunbeds were damaged & uncomfortable to use. Although marketed as a family hotel, there were several large groups of young lads staying here drinking all day & night. We were woken up every night in the early hours as they returned from partying. Their language & behaviour around the pool area was dis-graceful so this hotel is not suitable for anyone with children. The cocktails at the pool bar were a complete waste of money. Because most people were all inclusive, they were obviously watered down. The reception area was nice but always full of people complaining about their rooms. I did see into one of the rooms overlooking the beach & looked similar to those pictured online, however the apartments we had were no where near the 3 plus stars they are advertised as.”
