Quarto bom e limpo. Tive problemas com a ducha que em certas horas cortava a água quente e acumula muita água no piso. É uma vergonha em pleno ano 2017 ter que pagar à parte para usar a internet, sendo que ele possui padrão executivo e preços como tal. Passei 2 dias a trabalho, sem conseguir trabalhar. Não tem ar condicionado.

Quarto grande. O quarto em que ficamos é dividido em dois, sendo um lado com uma cama de casal e outro com duas de solteiro (estávamos em 3 pessoas). O chuveiro é o grande problema, por vezes a água fica quente demais e do nada esfria.

Excelente localização, atendimento e acomodações! Café da manhã impecável. 06 quadras da Plaza de Armas e catedral.

Mi peor experiencia en Casa Andina. Llegué a las 8.00 pm del 6 de diciembre del 2020 a mi habitación, después de un arduo día de paseos, y no habían limpiando la habitación. Reclame y como al parecer no había personal yo mismo tuve que sacar el desayuno, las bolsas de basura, tender mi cama e ir a reclamar toallas limpias. Lo pero es que cuando me trajeron toallas estaban todas rotosas, volví a reclamar y se demoraron 50 minutos en traerme las toallas. Asimismo, me trajeron sábanas y no dignaron en decirme que me retirará para que ellos hagan la cama. Muy indignante, no pensé que esto podía pasar en un Casa Andina. Y considerar que le tenía muy bien concebido la calidad de servicio, he estado en otras sedes como Trujillo y Zorritos pero hoy me decepcionaron, NUNCA MAS VOLVERÉ!... Adjunto pruebas toallas rotas y sábana que yo tuve que tender.

Estávamos de passagem por Arequipa, a localização e excelente, chegamos e fomos direto para a Plaza de Armas, fazer um reconhecimento dos pontos turísticos. O quarto estava dentro do esperado, o café amanhã foi ótimo, como estamos viajando de carro, este hotel tem a opção de garagem e acertamos. A recepção foi muito atenciosa, tem um terraço onde podemos observar os vulcões que rodeiam acidade.

Clean and modern, does a decent breakfast, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. However, it has all the soundproofing of a thin cotton sheet, the bed is hard and built for people of Peruvian height, and the fixtures and fittings tend to creak when touched. Sits somewhere between a backpacker hostel and a proper hotel, but that is reflected in the price.

Two night - three day stay. First time at the hotel. I was impressed by the check in service. Very professional it really made me feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable. No extras but it has everything that is needed. No AC so i imagine that it can get pretty hot depending on the weather. No heating unit just a ceiling fan. I had no problem with the temperature of the room but it might be an issue on very cold or very hot days. The restaurant has great service as well.

The hotel is ok, nothing special. Rooms are clean and functional but nothing more. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbouring rooms clearly. The location is good, not far from the city centre. The staff are very helpful. The food is average. Do not stay in a room near reception, it gets very noisy at all times in the night.
