“100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Don't stay here! They will swindle you out of your money! COVID-19 happened and with all travel being banned, our trip to Peru was cancelled! All other bookings refunded me since we were unable to travel. THIS hotel would not refund me a cent! They went days without responding to multiple emails and phone calls and when they did respond they promised a full refund when their "government opened back up" since they were unable to get to the office! After going back and forth I finally filed a dispute and because the time frame had been so long it was not approved! Still no response from the owner of the hotel! Because of a pandemic that was out of my control I lost my hard earned money to a very very undeserving hotel! Will never book here when I travel to Peru! Worst service/hotel I have ever seen! I will be spreading the word to make sure more people are aware of how selfish this hotel is. Oh and for the cherry on top....After talking to an employee of the hotel and fighting for a full refund, I was told that this really is their only primary source of income. 😶 I'm sorry. Am I supposed to just hand over my money to you because it's your source of income? Absolutely not! I even offered to rebook WHENEVER I am able to travel again but still they were persistent in dragging out the refund claim so that I am unable to file my dispute. Bravo for swindling people 👏 This hotel should be ashamed of themselves.”
