“I booked 2 nights through booking yesterday but it was so disapointing that I left after 1 night. I booked a classic room with twin beds for me and my best friend, we travel together for a month. We did get a room with no window !!! The only view was on the lobby... When we asked for changing the room, the reception told us that the hotel was full.. Whereas 60% of the rooms were still available on booking or hotel.com.... The guy just lied to our face !! When we asked for cancellation ( as the photos didnt match what we did get) the reception wanted to charge us for the full stay. They didnt try to understand us. It was really a terrible stay !! The boutique Hotel which was just next door offered us a great and warm welcome and we finally enjoyed our stay”
