First of all I want to make it clear that I should have been more prepared about the informations and rules of Hungary's own covid situation. But it's a whole different story if the place you had wanted to stay in was not correct at all. I didn't have my own "vaccine card" as they call it because I'm not from this country. It's the only thing that allows you and everyone to spend a day or two in Hungary. But what they did after was the dressing of it all. Of course I wanted not to be charged for my unspent night at the hotel but booking didn't let me defend myself due to the hotel literally telling them I didn't even approach the hotel that night... funny fact how a full bus of Asian people went inside right after me but didn't leave... guess their money smelled better than mine. How unbelievably incorrect they were is just insane. I called 2 other places and got a reservation because it was urgent but guess what... they didn't charge me. Not like Hotel Chesscom did out of being liars to booking, telling them I wasn't even there when I WAS. Not cool!

Have stayed several times. Convenient location, free parking. The hotel administration goes to a meeting when resolving issues with accommodation.

Os móveis e limpeza do quarto eram bons. O estacionamento é bastante espaçoso e o café da manhã é delicioso. A tv foi configurada para sincronizar em inglês e, claro, foi decodificada para que não pudesse ser trocada. Claro, o código não foi fornecido por "razões de segurança".

Em primeiro lugar, notei o estacionamento, que estava extremamente sujo e cheio de lixo, próximo a betoneiras e sucatas, garrafas, escovas de banheiro velhas, canis eee muito lixo espalhados ao lado das lixeiras. A recepção foi amigável e as senhoras falavam inglês pelo menos (mesmo que alemão estivesse mencionado na página, elas não entendiam nem falavam alemão), mas fora isso uma recepção muito agradável e aprendemos tudo o que precisávamos saber em inglês . Os corredores serpenteiam através da alvenaria e às vezes devem ser percorridos com especial cuidado, pelo menos como uma pessoa alta, pois a altura do teto às vezes varia e você pode bater com a cabeça com facilidade. O quarto em si era pequeno, mas agradável, muito bem projetado e, acima de tudo, limpo e arrumado. Um armário que dá para guardar a roupa por alguns dias, uma pintura de parede muito chique e lindas fotos, tudo muito bem montado. No armário, há um cofre no andar de baixo, que pode ser facilmente atribuído a uma combinação de números de sua escolha. Im very disapoited with customer service! I booked a room for my mum, before she checked in I called the hotel to make sure she will have a quiet room, so she can rest after operation.The receptionist said that they allocated her in a quiet room. I was very upset when she told me that they allocated her next to a room where they did renovation ,all day she couldnt rest because of the noise. Also the WIFI was very poor in the room.

Very nice and friendly staff at reception, good English speakers. The check-in process is quick. Room was very clean, nice scented, new furniture IKEA style. Comfortable bed. The hotel has an interior courtyard when you can park your car for free. Though the hotel is located near to a road, no noise was heard. Open breakfast is good an tasty. Overall a good experience.

Comfortable stay. Convenient location and public transport (including bus to the airport) available just 300 metres from the property. The staff were very friendly and guided me about the places to visit. This hotel is worth the price.

Hotel sencillo reformado con mobiliario bastante nuevo, dispone de parking privado al aire libre. Respecto a las habitaciones la única pega es la ducha que es un poco pequeña.

Hotel pequeño, sin acceso a minusválidos. No muy bien situado. La habitación era muy pequeña y el baño casi un zulo. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular. Sin persianas. Mucho por mejorar.

Buena relación calidad precio. Cerca de la estación de metro pero a 20 min.del centro. Personal atento y amable. Desayuno aceptable. Buen servicio de limpieza (instalaciones limpias), pero si estás en la primera planta empiezan a las 7 a limpiar las habitaciones. Habitaciones pequeñas sobretodo la individual.

Superb value for money. Perfect for a stopover at the airport or a short city break. We got off our flight, caught the 200E bus and got to the hotel in under 30 mins. Hotel is really clean, fresh and modern inside. Breakfast was decent and staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. This was a bargain of a stay.
